  1. Past hour
  2. Mylo, the dog in my profile pic, passed away peacefully in his sleep last night after almost 1 year battling cancer. He would be by my side for pretty much every game for the last 10 years and I don't know how Im going to be able to watch another game without him. Sorry for the Lamp post.
  3. They waited too long and are now stuck. Jim Harbaugh with Allen and Cook would be scary.
  4. I hate to admit it but you maybe right. Damn once he gets healthy they should at least give him every opportunity to get on the field.
  5. I kind of knew it was going to be hot on the day after but I never expected so few yes’s. There is almost nobody defending the guy now. All these years are adding up
  6. I think the Bills have a good shot making the SB this year! Winning it that’s always a crap shoot because it’s 1 game and anything can happen. The big question is can the Bills get out of their own heads when they face KC in the playoffs? If the Bills with Allen have a boogeyman it’s Mahomes and KC.. sort of like Manning with Brady.
  7. The offensive production was WAY better with Amari in the lineup despite his own stats. People don’t want to hear that but you just gave another example of it. The threat on the outside created lots of opportunities for others including Josh. I’d love to have someone that defenses fear.
  8. I am more in the MAGA is all about selective justice and rage crowd. It is blatant and dangerous. It is why they are being called a cult now.
  9. All over the field being arguably the best player in a Bills uniform all night long.
  10. https://www.nfl.com/news/2021-nfl-season-week-13-what-we-learned-from-patriots-win-over-bills Same story. Same ending.
  11. If the Bills had won last night, they would be 3.5 games ahead in the AFC East... and 2 games ahead of pretty much everybody else in the AFC. By the first week of October. With a very easy schedule the rest of the way. The NFL benefits by drama and important matchups. They don't just heavily promote the teams people love, but also ones that people hate and badly want to lose (Cowboys, Patriots, Chiefs). That's what makes people watch. Not one team running away with it before kids have even picked out their Halloween costumes. I've never claimed the NFL is totally scripted. But you can see lots of evidence that refs are used to help nudge things in a particular direction. And it usually doesn't take a lot. Bad calls don't make people stop watching (because we are all addicts), and in many cases they get us talking more after the game is over.
  12. I absolutely love Josh as I’ve said and think it’s a small sample size fluky thing more than anything, but mahomes/brady probably don’t have a stretch of going 1-6 on fourth quarter scoring drives against a rival in the playoffs in a 2 game stretch on their resume. I’ll take a look though I could be wrong. Josh would be the first to tell you that’s nowhere near good enough I think The average playoff game stats are all well and good to talk about, but when the best qb in the league has the ball in his hands and a chance to ice the game none of that really matters. Im not saying don’t blame the defense, but this whole ‘Josh hasn’t gotten a chance to win the game’ type stuff just isn’t true the past couple years and wasn’t true last night kc/NE have had their playoff games where they’ve had to score 30+ and they’ve been pretty flawless offensively late in those games to avoid having to talk about how their defense blew the game 😂. First superbowl against the eagles kc went td-td-td-fg in the second half to come back from a 10 point deficit. Super Bowl against SF they were a mess the first half on offense and got hot when it mattered also.
  13. Allen and the Bills can end that discussion and comparison for a long time by winning this seasons Super Bowl. If Allen takes out Mahomes in the post season, he joins Brady, Burrow and Hurts as the only QBs to do so.
  14. On the one hand your post is tin foil hat material, but then again a lot of tin foil hat material in all walks of life is coming true now a days. One thing for sure though is that the NFL wants an AFC East fight between the Bills, and their national audience, and the Pats with their shrinking but still large national audience. A competitive race between the two benefits the NFL far more then a run away Bills division title. Beating NE last night would have come close to locking up the AFC East after only 5 weeks - a terrible look by a league that worships at the altar of PARITY. And talking about non calls, in what Universe was that not grounding on Maye in the 1st half? You know the play and it was amazing that it wasn't called.
  15. Was that guy smoking something? Last night SHOULD give the Pats team the confidence to believe they can beat anyone else left on their schedule. But by no means are they “reformed” the dynasty.. stop that! Maye looks like a franchise QB and has for the last 4 weeks.. at the minimum at least when he throws the ball I’m not going to”why did he throw it there” like I have been post Brady years.
  16. The refs did not throw that interception in the Red Zone, so I'm not going to put the loss on them. The penalties were appropriate for both teams. The Bills were sloppy.
  17. Beating us means everything and we let them come into our place and do it
  18. No, but I also think some of the blame falls on Beane. You have 3 players in White, Milano, and Rapp who do not belong on the field. Who is more to blame for that?
  19. It’s never there because this defense was figured out in 2018 and just been completely useless since. We had 2 generation erasers at safety for a bit that covered a lot of warts. This guys scheme is a disgrace
  20. Agree that Diggs bailed maye out all night long.
  21. it was a big spot for the kid and he played very well
  22. Tbh I acted this way after beating KC in the regular season a few years ago. But I've realized this whole regular season thing is fun but the playoffs are the test always have been and always will be. So now and day's I try not to overreact to regular season wins or losses. I know we will be in the playoffs and hopefully by some grace of anything we can pull it off and win the whole dam thing 😂
  23. That's true. It's also true they had the same HC, OC, QB, RB, and entire OL last year when this problem occurred in Weeks 4 and 5. They chose to do little personnel-wise or schematically on offense to address the issue. Have to have another pitch when the fastball, i.e. the running game, isn't on. Downside of this offense is they don't have the personnel to amp up the passing game when the ground game needs help...unless Kincaid has more games like last night.
