  2. Shavers getting the least amount of snaps after the Tampa game is frickin wild Fantastic job McDermott
  3. Agree, but he won’t. You would have seen it by now.
  4. Hook and ladder would have been play of the year if Bills won.
  5. This is totally normal, and once again YOU'RE the problem for even suggesting that it isn't. ,- teef
  6. Money spent in 2026 Oliver (hurt and undersized for position) $24.3 Million Dawson Knox $17 Million Josh Palmer: $12 Million Greg Rousseau $12 Million Taron Johnson $11.5 Million Matt Milano (VOID) $11 Million Curtis Samuel (lol) $9.7 Million Joey Bosa (VOID) $7.2 Million Terrel Bernard $5.6 Million Tyler Bass $5 Million Connor McGovern (VOID) $4.8 Million Taylor Rapp (lol) $4 Million Daquan Jones (VOID) $3.7 Million AJ Epinesa (VOID) $2.8 Million Ogunjobi (VOID) $2.5 Million That is $133.1 Million for almost nothing.
  7. I think the better question is... Is it Beane or Mc D... I think McD has total control over the coaches... seems satisfied and made no changes... to me it is not possible to look that the performance of these two and not believe that they our completely out gunned... Thus for any coaching issue as well as on field performance like play calling, execution and just simple blocking and tackling as well as game planning... by virtue of his initial hiring of this staff and commitment to them I blame McD... The personnel to me is on Beane... too many wasted draft picks, failure to scout and identify top round players to make a difference, not effectively obtaining Josh the appropriate weapons to allow hm to succeed, too many draft misses to include who was drafted as well as who was available and could have been drafted, too many contracts paying non or little difference making players big money cash strapping us, and kicking the salary cap down the road hurting our future for poor to moderate current return... In the end every team has an Elam or a Coleman... I get it... but outside of Allen and Cook who has he drafted that is a star... a game wrecker or a difference maker... He has done well with the O Line I will give him that... although this is hard to say after they almost got Josh killed yesterday... At this point Beane has tried to fix the flat 5 times its time for a new tire... while the engine (Josh) on this car is still in good shape and capable... this may mean the car is on the lift for a while but it will run much better with the proper fix. That proper fix to me is getting in a new GM to fix this mess, draft and scout appropriately and build a team that can win a Super Bowl as the current team cannot. This means taking a step back and clearing some of the deck... This also involves likely a new coach and coaching staff... So in short my answer is Both. And it isnt going to get better over night.
  8. Why is Ray Davis not getting any carries the way he is returning kicks the last 2 games?
  9. The team looked better with Keon out last week but with Hardman not available, you might have thought Keon makes it back last night just as a backup. Moore looks useless. Davis has been better than both. Palmer executed the hook and ladder with Shakir but doesnt really have much impact. If the goal was to teach Keon a lesson, I think he has learned it now.
  10. That’s not how it works.
  11. This game is exactly why there are many on the board pointing out how poor the defense is. The Texans showed all of us that with a real pass rush, you can beat any team in this league. McDermott is a failure and should finally have to answer for this team's lack of success.
  12. I feel a bit calmer the morning after, but it's clear this isn't our year. The greatness of Allen is masking an otherwise average (at best) team, coach, and GM. You can point to a few very good Bills players other than Allen, but every team has a few of those. It's a tribute to their quarterback that they have a real shot at the playoffs given the mediocrity that surrounds him. Would this exact team be Super Bowl quality if it had two excellent coordinators and head coach? It would help (a lot), but I don't think it would be enough, not with this roster. They would also need two or three more difference makers in addition to Allen and Cook. The recipe: A new coach (you simply have to pull the plug at this point; his time has passed), two much better coordinators, TWO (not one) elite receivers, an elite linebacker, and an elite pass rusher. Transition to the younger, faster players already on the roster. Trade the players who can't stay healthy, are too expensive, or who are about to hit the wall (Bernard, Kincaid, Dawkins, Knox, Dequan) in order to move up in the draft and free up cap space for free agents. And of course cut the deadwood: Milano, Poyer, White, Taron, Rapp, Samuel). It would require a bold GM to pull all this off, but it can be done. We're four players and a head coach away from the Super Bowl.
  13. 100% has outstayed his welcome, and his expiration date is long overdue. Everyone can see what is happening here. Getting us into the playoffs doesn't give one a lifetime achievement award. Beane needs to go with him. Total overhaul.
  14. I have been using the LeBron example in other threads on regime change. That’s kind of where we are. No one thinks that Pelinka or Redick has more power than LeBron. Maybe with LeBron nearing the end his voice lessens but you get the point. There are a handful, or slightly more, of players in sports that have ultimate say. Lamar is in a pretty similar situation to Josh. He can execute Harbaugh. Aaron Judge and Ohtani have similar power. Jokic and Giannis come to mind along with maybe McDavid. I’m sure there are others but it’s interesting.
  15. It’s been 37 years. So yes. It is.
  16. The offense cannot adjust at all. It's been that way all year. Either it's McDermott or Brady or both there is a sickening level of either stubbornness or ignorance
  17. I’d love to play NE in the first round. If we get Balt, KC or Denver, we’re toast
  18. Sees join date of 2018. Makes sense.
  19. Yep. He’s like the 20 year old kid on a team of 50 year olds at the local YMCA pickup basketball games.
  20. - Shakir's fumble was a killer - The 4th down run call was a killer - The interception into triple coverage, with Cook open under the coverage was a killer - Not adjusting the play development time to help offset the pressure was a killer - Getting zero pressure from your DEs was a killer There are many more "killers." An extra point miss is far down on the list.
  21. He has so much leverage. Pegula has money. Go get somebody that can put this thing together now. He's almost 30 if I recall. Time is ticking I'm officially scared he's never gonna get a chance to even play in a SB.
  22. True but 91 missed a month for getting his leg stepped on in practice. Not exactly Ironman like the rest of the defense
  23. Maybe this is the Dungy Bucs? A decent HC who built the foundations for the next guy to succeed?
