  1. Past hour
  2. Sometimes dead is better...
  3. Why do people think the Jets won on trade deadline day. The Jets will never win until they get rid of
  4. I’ll say, the Bengals have just done a bad job. The Eagles paid 2 top WRs and won the Super Bowl. It’s a Bengals issue not an issue of having 2 top WRs. Would the Bills be better of with Landon Jackson or Tory Horton? You can point to the successes but we shouldn’t applaud the Bills for using a 3rd on a guy that can’t get a jersey (2 years in a row).
  5. I can't write an appreciation in 1 second. Sorry, I tried
  6. Spaqs from KC isn’t a good DC? What about the 2024 Broncos who were number 1 in sacks with 63? How did we score 31 against them when we have absolutely nothing on offense?
  7. As i recall a fumble on a jet sweep was a big part of why we lost to the Patriots. Put that play in the shredder and then burn the shreds.
  8. the Elon musk thing, the RFK thing, and project 2025 have all been anti-moms I like Trump but he’s gotta abandon himself from that stuff or it’s gonna be hard for him to win again in 2028
  9. Kudos to you for this timely and relevant response.
  10. We are very predictable and come playoff time it will show again just like how we ran up the middle with Josh multiple times and it didn’t work, but we kept doing it our last playoff game. Good defensive coordinators will scheme against our limited bag of tricks. Sorry that you don’t see that.
  11. What was Beane supposed to get done when it comes to the Jets. The Bills are one of the Jets biggest rivals. They weren't trading any of their good players to the Bills.
  12. This is such a b.s. narrative, that “stretching the field” is what the Bills need and lack. No defense plays the Bills in such a way that receivers are going to get free deep. The Bills must beat teams in the short and intermediate passing game, and they have more than enough competent players to get that done. This 3-headed TE monster is a nightmare matchup for most defenses, who also have to account for Cook and the running game. Shakir is a YAC beast. With Palmer coming back and Josh gaining more trust in Moore, I don’t see the need for hand-wringing over the offense.
  13. Diana Russini reported the Jets did not want to trade within the division.
  14. Man, you are sounding like this offense can’t score. The objective truth is we are scoring this year and last playoffs. But you are saying we didn’t. That’s crazy.
  15. LOLOL. 2 speeches in 8 years vs. 48,000 lies-per-hour Donald Who says the only right-wing comedian was that Dennis guy who got fired from MNF
  16. With so many clamoring for a WR that can get separation, to get open to catch deep passes to be a difference maker on offense. Now, someone tell me why the Bengals had Ja'Marr Chase and then paid big money to another top WR in Tee Higgin's. Which has basically kept them from upgrading their defense and offensive line. The latter has kept their QB nearly always injured and a big reason why the team is 3-5. The Seahawks have a top #1 WR in Jaxon Smith-Njibja who leads the NFL with 948 yards. Yet, they went out and obtained WR Rashid Shaheed who is the 24th leading receiver in yards so far. The Steelers are paying 30 mill to DK Metcalf and yet wanted to bring in another WR like Shaheed. The Eagles have WRs DeVonta Smith and AJ Brown along with RB Saquon Barkley. Seems like it doesn't stop with one number wideout. The current Buffalo Bills cap space doesn't allow them to pay for one star #1 WR let alone two. Should they abandon the current scheme and follow the lead of the Bengals? Currently the Buffalo Bills are #1 in yards, #3 in points scored offense overall in the league, #1 in rush attempts, #1 in rush yards, #2 in rush TDs and #4 in rush yards per attempt. Buffalo is no longer top 5-10 in passing and because they are more run centric they don't turn the ball over as often. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm happy the Bills put so many draft picks into the defense. Mad max, Deone Walker, Jordan Hancock and we have yet to see what TJ Sanders, Landon Jackson bring. Cole Bishop is a steely-eyed beast man.
  17. "If they have any sense" being the key phrase here. It's amazing how many young QB's they've mishandled. I remember Darnold have some good games against us early in his career and thinks he could be the one. He is, just not for the Jets. All that wasted draft capital.
  18. He didn’t keep it up against a very mediocre defense last week.
  19. I have to believe you’re just being sarcastic because no way you can feel comfortable going into the playoffs again with this crop of wide receivers. You have to see that when we play elite teams and it’s actually playoff time the coaching staffs that are better than ours will box us up because there is no threat downfield and no one that can separate or even come down with a clutch catch. I love what James Cook has become for us and Shakir is always a reliable and I’m hopeful. Kincaid keeps getting better but do you really trust anyone else? Do you really think that adding better weapons would be a bad thing? Why stay stagnant? Is it because our arrogant GM wants to plant his flag on “We don’t need more talent at wide receiver”? I really don’t understand how anyone would poo poo the idea of getting better weapons for Josh regardless of all the propped up stats we are seeing early due to the line of scrimmage yards after catch plays that are working so far. That’s not gonna always work. You need guys who can actually run routes, you need guys who can actually stretch the field.
  20. These types of posts are always weird to me, did he think before he held out for more money "let me take a second to appreciate the fans" so strange
  21. Bobby Witt Jr. Different sport, same vibe.
  22. Good point. I should be careful what I wish for. It's easy to look at Sanders, Jackson, and Carter and dream about how those picks could have been star receivers, but that's not how it works in the real world. They haven't worked out yet, but a) they could still; b) he did hit on Bosa, Hoecht, Walker, and maybe Obi-Wan; and b) there's no saying for sure one or more WRs after the first round or via free agency or even trade would have been better, except in hindsight, which is B.S. No, you want balance, for sure. I do think Beane is doing a good job overall. He's probably doing better than all but a handful of GMs. Of course, those GMs run the Eagles, KC, SF, and Baltimore, so there's that. (Not looking for an argument on this one, btw.)
