  1. Past hour
  2. Despite our fragility, it never ceases to amaze me at how “fearfully and wonderfully” we are made…the human body’s overall resiliency and capacity to recover under the right circumstances boggles the mind. By rights AS should’ve been crippled for life after all that! Also reminds me of “Hawkeye” Jeremy Renner and what he was able to come back from…
  3. Yes they blew their run in the 80’s. They just could not beat Denver. but that doesn’t change the fact that those were good teams in the 80’s and into belichick’s time in Cleveland. it’s been bad since certainly.
  4. Like going on a Great date with the same woman over and over and over and always ending up with Rosie palm at the end of the night. I get the sentiment. I get that many feel this way. I wonder how it will feel to have had Josh and not get there. I assume it will suck worse than four SB losses. We are hitting the point of no return with Josh’s career if we are going to switch. It doesn’t need to be a rebuild, just a“ Get us over the hump” McD hasn’t and it’s not like we are close, in terms of him bridging the gap, in terms of the schooling he gets every years playoff.
  5. It's long been time to end the ridiculous charade of appeasing Iran and pretending them to be honored negotiations. Kudos to this administration for being direct, consistent, and true to their word. Let Iran consider that in future dealings and the fact that none of their proxies and allies crawled out of their rat holes to help them. That says it all
  6. This can’t be true….Gunner Bill told me so😜
  7. Jesus… I never knew about their daughter. That’s terrible. F*** cancer. Nobody deserves that especially a child. Hope she makes a full recovery and lives a long healthy life.
  8. Tasker obviously 1st, but Christie would be 2nd for me. He was by far our best kicker in the 40 years I’ve followed the team. Kickers are also way more valuable than punters in my opinion. Moorman was a great punter but we would’ve lost just as many games with an average punter.
  9. I guarantee they’re not indistinguishable. Do they have creases on the shoulders and sleeves? Pretty much all of the knock offs have the crease and is one easy way to tell. I used to collect authentic and game worn jerseys until people kept selling fakes that “look exactly like the real thing, can’t tell the difference” but you can and easily. Idk how many I’ve spotted at highmark over the years that had patriots numbers and letters. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  10. I know as it’s in San Jose, and I managed teams for two medical device companies, and had to go out there every quarter had to go into the home office for an executive review of my business plan for the quarter. Next to San Jose is Santa Clara (Silicon Valley). My point on Cleveland is not that the stadium is in a suburb, but to imply that the Browns are moving is silly as it’s still the Cleveland Browns.
  11. Today
  12. I always him. He started out in a rocky situation in SF, but then turned it around at KC and had success. He also had success at the Redskins before his catastrophic injury. I work in medicine, so unfortunately have seen too many car accident victims with these compound fractures. He’s blessed and cursed. Meaning the subsequent infection to not have an amputation is a miracle. Cursed in the news I hadn’t seen by his his daughter. I sincerely hope she is ok. To make it back on the field even for a brief time was an even larger miracle.
  13. It is one of a kind, I'd keep it. I doubt anyone will mistake you for the real Josh Allen.
  14. I just got the first parking ticket of my life this past weekend (at 64 years old). I'm so depressed. My reputation is ruined. I'm to parking what Deshaun Watson is to massage parlors. Help!
  15. The reliable mainstream media gives it to us straight!
  16. Not blaming it all on Frazier at all, but rather offering that as a possible explanation for why the defense did not attack the same way McD's units had done in Car and Phil previously. Frazier was an assistant HC and a trusted and respected member of those teams. McD was very reluctant to intervene in overt ways. No doubt he provided feedback in real time, but I do wonder if he deferred final decision making whenever possible. We only have 1 season of tape to determine how McD calls this Buffalo defense. And it was a mixed bag, at best. He was even recklessly aggressive during a couple super high leverage end of game sequences, both resulting in losses. Had hoped Babich would infuse more d-line games and simulated 2nd and 3rd level looks...still hoping for it in '26.
  17. Blaming it all on Frazier is an interesting choice. We've gotten the same defensive results in the playoffs whether it was Frazier, McD himself, or Babich as DC. The defense was painfully vanilla in the playoffs the last 2 years under McD/Babich. That would lead me to believe that McD has always been the decision maker for defensive philosophy.
  18. Waller coming out of retirement for an easy $5M. He'll be injured before week 1 and miss double digit games this season.
  19. Alex Smith really is one of the good guys from the NFL.
  20. You rarely get inspired by today’s pros but the world could use a little more Alex Smith. The pure grit he showed in coming back from this, and really, for nothing more than to prove to himself that he could. It’s remarkable and inspirational. He has to be a pretty special person to do what he has.
  21. New CA gas tax dropped today $8 by July was what the voters were warned. Newsome lied.
