  2. I give it one more year before RIP becomes official.
  3. I'm not ok w triple negatives
  4. The entire USFL conference (Birmingham, Memphis, Houston and Michigan) is being relocated. Where? Boise, Columbus, Kentucky and Orlando. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/report-ufl-will-relocate-birmingham-michigan-houston-memphis
  5. I remember the last time somebody asked everybody else to do their homework for them. 🫣
  6. I miss the days when you could walk into any corner bar or American Legion and drop a quarter to play 10 frames on one of these beauties.
  7. I think he wants to win his SB this year, and then leave to the highest bidder and secure his bag.
  8. I agree with this, however, I think the point the OP is making is valid. At least based on the number he's stated publicly, Cook is seeking a contract that's out of line with what others at his position who are more valuable have recently gotten. Perhaps by next season it would be in line since salaries keep going up, but as of now, most analysis have put his value at closer to $12 or $12.5 million AAV, not $15 million. One theory I've heard says that Cook doesn't really want to remain in Buffalo, but at a high enough price, he's willing to sign and stay. If that's the case, he's playing it perfectly. He's stated his expectations and will do everything he needs to do to show other teams he's worthy of a big payday next offseason. That could include full participation, not holding in (or out) as well of course of balling out this year.
  9. I do remember in the other thread Cook's unwavering love for the Bills Said he would play for free...
  10. This right here is why I believe he's at his ceiling. Just from the outside looking in, he doesn't seem to have the drive and passion for the game. The want to get better gene has eluded him. Now, physical traits? Yes he has that. He's what I would picture a QB would be if you took Josh Rosen's mindset and dropped it in Josh Allen's body.
  11. The realtor won't even give me a tour of his house until February for some reason.
  12. Not really. It dropped the "He" and "that" before and after "notes" but such ellipsis is not uncommon in condensed speech like tweets.
  13. If you have excellent technique the drop in athleticism isn't as costly as skilled positions like RB or WR. There's just more wear and tear on a guard/center's body given the nature of the position.
  14. Calm your self Ethan, it’s one play on the first day of TC,
  15. He has showed up to both mini camp and training camp. Participated in both. Modern move is to show up and not participate. A hold in not hold out. That is not what Cook has done. Stated he wants a number in public. Buffalo resigned other players. Neither side contentious just a difference in money.
  16. I think he played at a borderline elite level in 2024. But it will take a repeat of that for me to put that him fully in that top tier. That said he is better than Jaycee Horn today, tomorrow and yesterday. He needs to show he can play his responsibility more consistently for me before I am committing to him as a starter. He still makes way too many mental mistakes.
  17. That's not how you overreact!
  18. It was one play.
  19. Dear Lord if White can't even keep up with Coleman then they better start letting Max run with the starters
  20. https://www.usnews.com/education/k12/arizona/districts/american-virtual-academy-79461-104962 If your local school sucks, why not move your kid to an online school that sucks? I get it if there's safety issues at physical school, etc., but this is not a ringing endorsement of American Virtual Academy: 31% of students test proficient in math, 38% in reading. This is my problem with school choice. In general, I support it. I think parents need options, particularly in a lot of school districts that simply aren't getting the job done. But how do we ensure we're not just sending taxpayer money to a private option that is just as bad - or worse - than the public option? If we require the private schools to show adequate performance, what is the performance standard? At least 31% graduate "proficient" in math? That's just setting in stone the miserable "success" rate of the public option, and just transferring money from a bloated public school bureaucracy to a profit-seeking private option. (Note: even if ostensibly a non-profit, a lot of these private administrators pay themselves quite handsomely.) So a serious question to you @Orlando Buffalo, since you know and care about these things: how do we do it? What's a good starting point?
  21. I mean. That's fine because it will kick all the illegal immigrants off and those made up 35 year olds playing video games in their parents basement. It's a hell of a sell by Republicans tbh but it's not based in reality. Ask Lisa Murkowski.
  22. Honestly it's good to hear our injury concern D line all start healthy
