Lol, this conversation wasn’t about “was he good or not in a Bills uniform.” The FACTS are that the offense produced at a much greater clip with him in the lineup than without him there. You can attribute that to whatever you want but you can’t say that they didn’t have more success.

This is a Gabe stat, disregard. Also, most of these ppl asking for downfield stuff arent asking for 4 Verticals. We want regular plays like 2021 with Jon Brown back in the mix.<--- thats bolded because its important, in the mix. Remember how we functioned on that wild intermediate throws only offense, griping we had no YAC.... and we had no YAC bc there were a ton of routes kinda designed to put WR's 20 yds down field, at the sideline making the grab.... spread the field out, but also, if a throw got tipped or dropped, it was more likely to end up safe out of bounds. Intermediate: we had multiple versions and depths of Corners/Comebacks That was a beautiful offense, but we relied on it too heavily. Diff coordinators obv, but feels like we've over corrected in the opposite direction. Maybe you schedule a drive one in every 4... or an opening drive of a quarter, where we go up-tempo with some intermediate. Maybe a half drive like this... have fun get creative, mix it up. Josh's arm is built so beautifully for these. Ppl think the deep ball is what his arms for. IDGAF about 60 yard bombs really, too inconsistent to rely on. But the intermediate mixed in, thats why you want a QB with a howitzer!!! ^^Truth is we dont have the WR's to do this at will. Thats sad. Bringing in a true #1, would make every other WR on the team so much better too 😕

Atlanta's Dline could trouble Bills Oline. Hope they come prepared and Allen will have to stay in the pocket a little longer for plays to develop. -
Have seen this in a few places. If true, it's big. IF that peace deal really does come to fruition, the world changes and is appreciably better. By fruition, mean actually having all the terms agreed to and implemented.

pry sure that's counting games they were inactive

Bring back Douglas and Cooper?
The Cincinnati Kid replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tre White at this point just doesn’t have what he used to, and after the injuries he’s had that’s not surprising. He was never the preferred option until Hairston went down. I think Hairston is still a while off from playing, too. I do expect the pass rush/DL to improve after the Bye with Oliver, the PED brothers and Sanders getting either healthy or off the suspension lists, which will help the coverage and the LBs. It’s a long season, and no team is going to win them all. Left some stuff out there against NE. Learn from it and move on. Atlanta on Monday. -

The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion

They could be right. We fans watch a lot of Bills games, and definitely see a lot of wins. They do follow a sort of formula though. If one or two parts of that formula aren’t achieved a loss is much more likely. Last week it was the turnover battle ( which they often win) and even not having the ball last with meaningful time on the clock. This may involve a bit more luck, but if the Bills defense is on the field in the final minutes a loss is likely. A two score lead is almost required. The defense can’t get key stops. Chances are good that in games vs better teams ( ie playoffs) the lack of a quick strike WR will keep the game within one score. This sets up a scenario that requires the D to make a key stop. How confident are you that the Bills defense could protect a 5 point lead late ? The Bills can get to the show as currently constructed, but they’d need an almost perfect scenario to punch their ticket. -
College football is pretty incredible!! Living in the south, you get the passion. There are some names floated that I don’t think are realistic (Deion, BB, Ryan Day and Sark). Those guys either don’t appeal or have too high profile of a job already. I think Matt Campbell (Iowa State) is the likeliest to make the jump. Lincoln Riley (USC) would probably be the next option. Curt Cignetti (Indiana) feels like an option too.

All 22 Review: Bills vs Patriots

I agree with you, but just to set the record straight I wouldn't call Tre's 1 year, 3 million contract "meaningful" in the 2025 NFL. -
I see myself as rational, and just responded to your suggestion that story about surveillance of GOP senators is as a “hoax”. From there you asked about the FBI and pardons. If what I wrote is irrational, feel free to point out the irrational part. I think it’s common knowledge and generally acceptable that this is how things work. There is precious little purity involved, just deal-making and people doing all sorts of nasty and distasteful stuff. It’s not all bad, there are good people doing hard work too, but it really is what it is. But, I get it. I hope you have a good night.

I don’t think it’s bizarre because the O has looked kinda wonky in the passing game and we got beat by the Pats, which hurts and is frustrating. I think a decent amount of people don’t give Vrabel as much credit as he is due. They are a clear # 2 and we shouldn’t take them lightly. But, yeah, the Defense is looking like 💩. As usual, offseason rose colored glasses were worn by many. There were a lot of “if” opinions being treated as “when”. The problem with hoping and wishing is the real world doesn’t pay them any heed. Bishop is exceeding expectations so that’s a plus. Oliver came out gang busters for a game. Rookie Walker has been a pleasant surprise and maybe Jones but the rest🤷♂️

Again, argue eye test all that you want. I posted FACTUAL numbers. No one is advocating for Amari Cooper. It’s INARGUABLE, that the passing game and scoring was better in the 8 games that he played vs. the ones that he didn’t. That’s all that post said. You are coming here to say, “yeah but this” and “yeah but that.” Feel free to argue for whatever you want except please don’t argue that the passing game AND scoring weren’t better with him than without. The numbers are the numbers

Sure - I'd love a jamar chase or something...but our WRs and TEs are fine. similar to what mahomes has. id rather upgrade the LB and CB/S slots.
