Think he’s going to be Lee Smith but with some actual receiving upside. Our Butch Rolle.

How the defensive line and defensive backfield develop during the season and perform come playoff time is much more likely to determine the outcome of the Bills' 2025 season than anything else. Teams beat the Chiefs in the playoffs when their defenses get after Mahomes.

Good for game stats after a game and that's about it. -
I wish one of you would copy the pic as I don’t have Facebook, nor do I ever want to get on any social media. I’m on LinkedIn for business purposes, and here. That’s it. Before I married and was dating, I had to do Snapchat or Instagram out of necessity, but have since dropped them.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
eball replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills didn’t say the canopy would cover 60%. They said 60% of the seats are covered — which includes the seats in sections that are underneath other seats. The new stadium set up is very vertical and “stacked” — it appears that fans are going to really be on top of the action. -
But let’s be honest…it’s not as if there is any sort of “secret formula” to coaching and running an organization. Hard Knocks is really just about getting to know the personalities of some of these guys, which is its appeal. As fans we get very little of that.

I don’t see any way possible that canopy is going to cover 65 percent of the seats like they claim it will. https://www.si.com/nfl/bills/news/the-buffalo-bills-new-stadium-is-designed-with-the-world-s-largest-heated-roof-to-withstand-buffalo-s-snowfall - Today

I’ve been a fan since I was 10 watching OJ. My family wasn’t really into football but OJ had all of WNY watching. I remember running to and from school as fast as I could avoiding sidewalk cracks making OJ moves. I’ve followed them ever since even after moving away. My boys are now diehard fans and so are their kids. Wide right was devastating. But so was Harmon’s drop and so many others. Josh Allan deserves a Super Bowl ring more than anyone and so do Bills fans. No one who grew up outside of WNY knows how bad Bills fans want a championship. Just one. That Browns loss was a definite low point. I think Cleveland only had about 19 total yards and the Bills still lost. Bills are famous for playing not to lose in critical moments and then losing in historical fashion. It’s gut wrenching.

Imagine if it was still going, Beane would definitely be a moderator on there, yelling at people at 3 o clock in the morning, bumping up posts from 2018 to remind everyone how they bitched about Josh Allen. Then Chris Brown would have an account (CompanyMan71), replying to every one of Beane's comments with stuff like "I agree with you Brandon. You're sooooo right. Can I come to your house for dinner again some time? I'll mow your lawn while I'm there if you need me to". Then Doug Whaley would create a troll account (KillerWhale) so he could second guess every decision by the current braintrust and defend the Sammy Watkins pick. -
Usually I'd agree with this sentiment but how different are the Bills and Ravens different from last year to this year? The Ravens offense and the Bills offense pretty much ran it back. We had more turnover on our defense than they had in theirs but we'll have some rookies starting the first games of their career facing the Jackson/Henry combo. It's absolutely fair to argue they're the better team roster wise. Our defense had no answer to them in the regular season game or the playoff game. The major difference in the playoff game was the three turnovers (two of which were wtf is Lamar doing?) and us taking a conservative heavy run game plan where we won the time of possession. The Mark Andrews drop also helped. Our coaching staff knows this and hopefully they have a better defensive game plan than hoping the Ravens will make a few bone headed plays.

I enjoyed the Jets one because you could see how star gazed the coaches and players were when Rodgers got to the team. Even the owner was groveling over him. It was like seeing a jet crash in slow motion. No pun intended.

Sometimes I check out the sales on Bills gear. I got a good hat. -
Yeah, I think the "distraction" thing is overblown. Today's NFL has cameras literally everywhere at all times. They have any number of networks coming and going from practices. Team media recording things in the locker room, hell, even on field with weekly mic'd up segments. They're constantly having to do interviews and things for all sorts of different media outlets. I really don't think more camera men and the occasional set interview during their down time is going to have any effect on anything. It's probably more of an annoyance for people like McDermott and Beane who have to give access to what goes on behind their closed doors than anything.

The Trump Justice Dept. is a joke! I’m so disappointed
njbuff replied to JaCrispy's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
It takes time to build cases, if there are any. But for all the big talk by these Trump hires and there’s nothing at the end of this rainbow………. I’ll be right there with the OP with my disappointment. But, I expect nothing. That’s just the cynic in me. -
And teams have just got so much more used to it. The last few have been dull. The Raiders in 2019 was the last interesting one and that was almost entirely because of AB's antics. The Bills don't have an Antonio Brown. Before that you are probably going back to the Bengals series and that is well over 10 years ago.

He's the replacement for Quintin Morris. A Blocking TE like Morris before him and like Lee Smith before that. If you're saying "a force" as in like they were, sure. But I wouldn't be expecting much on the stats sheet. I'm guessing he believes the people who are outraged over people using Ranch instead of Blue Cheese say they are mostly in jest. I generally hope that's the case too. Like who legitimately judges people based on their choice of dipping sauce for Chicken? City of Good Neighbors but we draw the line at someone preferring a different sauce? 😄

You understand it's going to be wholesome... Because of his unconditionally positive outlook, I'll be alright with this. He's almost so wholesome as to be creepy... So like... buckskin and rawhide? Also, B sound techs and B cinematographers and B costume suppliers... but kudos still! What are you saying dude? I'm pretty sure there won't be any yellow snow or road salt in sight... pure as the driven snow... I'm not easily manipulated and in fact I look for reasons not to watch stuff... but in this case I'll go willingly. This is one of the most hysterically funny things I've ever read... why are you posting on a message board??? Almost perfect... but you forgot to insert Zubaz into the "narrative." I think there's a topic about that... So then you went looking for an endodontist? Just out of curiosity, what are you holding out for? This is one of the wittiest and most entertaining topics I can remember. I'm not feeling snark. Wow. If true that's amazing. I also have doubts that he'll be able to play himself. -
