Atlanta Falcons’ DC’s kid pranked Shedeur
BADOLBILZ replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Jeff Ulbrich is a huge douchebag. Firing Saleh and promoting him was a step down, and that's saying something because Saleh was a true meathead. Not the least bit surprising Ulbrich has a kid who is enough of a dumbass to do this AND apparently not realize he was going to get caught. -

Bills Offseason moves to date & Projected Roster

After the draft is signed the Bills currently have 85 players. Need to round out some things for camp. I see another TE (maybe Morris if he is not signed by anyone else). One more RB. Go to camp with 6. One more OL. I would like to see a camp leg kicker (not sure if they think the same way). One more LB. That would make 90. -

One throwback I would definitely love to see is that basic Bengals look from the 70’s. Never liked the current set with the varicose veined pumpkin for a helmet. It’s okay if they were sponsored by a strip club. -

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
Mikie2times replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
100%, a lot has been debated in this thread and I’m not going to rehash those points. But Buffalo will essentially enter the year saying the exact same thing as they did last year. Same level of confidence. Same debates by the same posters. Then low and behold, 180 mid season. Beane is a good dude, that much is clear. But people act like his every move is meticulously planned and nearly always correct. That he’s a pure straight shooter at all times. Maybe that is always his intention, but we have gone from “spread the ball” to oh crap we need somebody to stretch the defense. To I know Amari didn’t deliver the stats we wanted, but look how well we performed. To I think we need a field stretcher. To I love the WR room we have. It’s been fairly contradictory IMO. Enough for me to question if we REALLY know what we are doing at the position or just backing into justifications. -

Posters blow that out of proportion though. Anyone that the Chiefs Draft, sign, or might sign sends a lot of them into panic. If *any* player becomes available, it's inevitable that you'll see "oh god, please don't go the Chiefs". Even if it is a marginal player. Bc it's always assumed that if the Chiefs sign them, they're going to get the best possible version of that player and more. Now we should be giving thanks that they didn't sign Elijah Moore - even when they weren't in on him? That's a little much for me. I like that we signed Elijah Moore, given our situation at WR. But if the Chiefs signed him? I wouldn't lose any sleep. I just get a litte irked by the constant Chiefs obsession and fear posting. They live rent free in so many Bills fans minds. I can guarantee Chiefs fans don't give a crap what we're doing. If i'm a Chiefs fan seeing all the fear posting (and there's a few on here) - i'd laugh. -
“The deer were there first” was the rally cry that thwarted my local municipality’s attempt to appease many neighborhoods whose landscape has been decimated by deer, like mine. Animal rights protesters in droves, signs and all, showed up at the hearings. Most probably didn’t live in or own property, but that was irrelevant.

BADOLBILZ replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah I think you can be a WR2 on the boundary with those bulk numbers(or not, see Gabe averaging 800 his last two in Buffalo and being a WR3 quality). But from the slot you have to handicap it. There is a lot of easy production to be had from the slot with the free releases and the fact that a certain amount of teams will always keep a nickel quality defender on the slot. Ideally, you have the talent outside to allow you to put a position versatile WR like prime Diggs or Kupp in the slot and give them those free releases and watch them pile up more nearly twice what a guy like Shakir can. -
He did show he can take a joke, he handled this incident well. It's ridiculous to ask him to pay some jerks $100k fine.

I agree they likely would not have had interest, but I think a good standard or logic to apply is if you would feel bad about the Chiefs getting him, then you should be happy the Bills did. -
Bills Offseason moves to date & Projected Roster

We do play dime a fair amount, so need at least 6 pretty good DB's. They are the smallest guys on the team and take a bit of a beating esp with our run defense of late. -

In order for Kincaid to play more Knox gotta be injured. Thats why he did so good his rookie season. -

With the emphasis on D in the draft especially at corner and the DL it really took much of the drama and flexibility out of the camp battles. The only real caveat is injuries. The biggest camp battle looks like it will between Lundy, Van Denmark and Green for the likely final OL spot. I also am curious if Beane will carry 6 WRs. Could Shenault do well enough as a kick returner to allow Beane to cut Codrington? The last big issue is now many DBs will we keep? Beane drafted 3, signed 3, and has 8 returnees. Do we really need 14 players for 5 jobs? -

Right now based on these projections, we have to replace about 13% of our offensive snaps, 23% of our defensive snaps, and a full 1/3 of our ST Snaps, plus we have a new ST Coordinator. Douglas, Hollins, & Q. Morris have the highest snap counts among the departures. -
Glad to see Bad Company finally get in, now it's beyond time to get Jethro Tull inducted.
