In my opinion, the Bills struggle mightily containing the best player(s) or unit that everyone knows will kill us on game day. I know it's hard to be a coordinator, but the Bills seem to get gashed to pieces by the one or two players that you know a week in advance will change the game. Can the coordinators start earning their money?!? Baltimore: Slow down Lamar passing/running and limit Henry running downhill.. (Lamar 70 yds rushing, 11.0 Y/A and Henry 18 for 169, 2 TD). Thank you Allen for getting the W. Dolphins: Contain Achane (5.2 avg rush), thank you Bernard for saving it late. Saints: They can't pass, just contain the run (189 yds rush, 5.6 avg) Patriots: Just don't let Diggs go off ( Diggs 10 for 146 yds) Falcons: They have two guys, Bijan and Drake London. Contain them. (Bijan 19 for 170, 1 TD,,, Drake London 10 for 158, 1 TD) Dolphins: They have two guys, Achane and Waddle. Contain them. (Achane 22 for 174, 2 TDs,,, Waddle 5 for 84, 1 TD) Bucs: No Bucky Irving, Bucs can't run, contain them so they are one dimensional (202 yds rush, 5.2 avg). Thank you Superman Allen Texans: Hyped up defensive unit. Have a plan. (Bills sacked 8 times for 70 yds, multiple negative plays, 3 turnovers no takeaways) What's gonna be for the Steelers: TJ Watt, (2 sacks, 1 strip scoop & score?, DK Metcalf 8 for 120, 2 TDs?)

Even with the injuries, McD will have the team ready. Including playoffs the Bills are 4-1 against the Steelers under McD.

I would fine out who on the Rams could come in here and fix our offense. Obviously, the wouldn’t come to be an OC, but a HC. I would give the DC free rein to install whatever defense they want. Preferably a very stingy one.

His cap is wayyyy too high and his production isn't enough for the savings. Restructure or cut I fully expect a major change there I get it... I also don't see Beane gone even if I would fire him.
-
I think I’m done with Beane attempting to fill in the holes. He doesn’t get it done.

Every time I hear Schwartz's name I think of that time Harbaugh patted him on the back too hard at post game handshake & he went nuts chasing Harbaugh down 😂

To be fair, it more often than not does implode. There are not many examples of it working and resulting in a Lombardi trophy, but lots of examples of if not working or even becoming a long term disaster. And it looked like it was headed for an implosion in LA too, but they were able to make some moves and hit on some picks that changed that course pretty fast. Bills are one of those teams that better be trying to go all in this offseason if we don't get there this year. This team has been too close, go get the difference makers, and get it done.

They fired this dude in 2023 and he was HATED in Pittsburg. Time to stop blaming coordinators and focus on the person promoting them

That's the one thing that could help even the playing field and prevent them from pulling away from the Bills too much, despite the massive edge in salary cap space. It will be nice to see them picking at the bottom of the 1st round as well. They do have quite a lot of picks though, including 2 4th's and 4 6th's.

Come on, they’re gonna bring back one of the guys in the hookah lounge shooting? I can’t believe that. Although the other one is still around … It’s not a joke. The other hookah man is still here. Amazingly.

Almost 30 Shot in Chicago This Weekend Catherine Salgado Three people are dead, and 26 more were injured in shootings in the Democrat-run Windy City this weekend. Yet state and local authorities are much more concerned about ICE arresting illegal aliens than about the sky-high crime rate. CBS Chicago posted the most recent tally as of Monday morning, which was 29 shooting victims this weekend, three of them fatal. The victims ranged in age from a very young 13 to 65. The youngest fatality was a 14-year-old, and the number of deaths could go higher, as multiple individuals were reported in a serious or critical condition by the time they reached hospitals. The biggest shooting appears to have been the one that made headlines from the popular Loop area of Chicago following Christmas season festivities, which left more than half a dozen teenagers injured. https://pjmedia.com/catherinesalgado/2025/11/24/almost-30-shot-in-chicago-this-weekend-n4946342

I get I am probably very much in the minority... but in the end to me Beane has tried to fix this flat 5 times by plugging holes with we will call the majority non difference makers... and we at this point have regressed so badly I just dont see another way out than re setting and trying to get the right people in here... I mean we are talking about bringing Shaq back for the 4th time lol... but if he can get it done your way I am all for it... I look at Josh's prime as 27-34 so to me there is still time... and what he is doing is falling woefully short.

I’d like to think that the 2nd best player on the 2026 team, isn’t on the roster currently. I’d say Cook is currently the 2nd best player. I’m looking for an addition that slots in between Cook and Josh. That would be at WR or pass rush if not.

hang in there, brother!

Game week thread - Bills at Steelers

Expectation by whom? Fans? Same fans who now say that Beane is bad at drafting, bad at FA, is arrogant and refuses to bring in WR1, doesn't know how to manage cap, that we will never win anything with McD, who doesn't have his team prepared, that Babich is over his head, Brady is predictable and bad? That we don't have any NFL LBs, WRs are all jags, Dline is undersized, Tre is old and slow, etc. Fans "knew" all this before season started, so why was seed 1 expected? It just doesn't make any sense. This is a great example of nonsense which has flooded these forums and is exactly what @Casey D is talking about (I guess). -
Yet another reason to tank.... get higher value draft picks and do some REAL shopping at Walmart, not Dumpster Diver Discounts

No team survives this much of a delta with DVOA. You seem realistic, this isn't a Super Bowl caliber team. They could keep improving relative to the output that generated these rankings as they're still young. But in all likelihood they're getting bounced in one playoff game. If Buffalo played at New England today we would be favored and I don't think we are even that strong. It would be Buffalo -3 if not -4 on the road.

Huh? Rotation? I wore a tie almost daily in high school, then for almost my entire working life. If it’s not something you are personally comfortable with, that’s fine. But it’s not as though it’s extreme or odd in any way. Like anything else, you clean it when you need to. Pretty simple. -
If the Patriots win the AFC East they have a very fun 2026 to look forward to: At Bears At Lions At Chiefs At Chargers At #1 AFC South (Indy) At #1 NFC West (Rams) That's brutal on the road home.... Broncos Raiders Packers Vikings AFC North #1 (Ravens) even if they get the second and we somehow beat them we replace: Seahawks, Steelers, and Jags... There set in stone AWAY games are brutal. edit: The Bills on the other hand: At Broncos, Packers, Raiders, Vikings, AFC South (Jags), NFC West (Seahawks) Home: Chiefs, Chargers, Bears, Lions, AFC North (Steelers)
