Yeah and don't forget our best player in the secondary had his season ended with a BRUTAL head injury. Not saying it happens again, but...

PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion
PromoTheRobot replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall
But $320MM in state money to build Yankee Stadium and Citi Field is just dandy. Keep in mind that a large chunk of the money the state gave to the Bills was money from Seneca Tribal casinos. So the actual taxpayer hit was under $300MM. -
Billionaires can go straight to Hell (doesn't exist)

Just got the thinking about the incredible financial burden 🙄to those non-Bills fans complaining about tax dollars being used to assist in building stadium.... ...If after all is said and done and it turns out the financial benefit to NYS is a mere $250 million over 30 years, $600 million in the hole would cost the 20,000,000 residents (man, woman, and child) $1 per year in that span of time. Boo-hoo. Even IF it was all imposed on taxpayers up front in next year's tax bill (it wouldn't be), before any financial return, it would cost everyone a whopping $42.50 per resident. But, that's completely unrealistic. I can't say how accurate my numbers are, but I'm pretty sure the cost for the average NYer taxpayer will not effect their lifestyle. The average taxpayer in NY State will not even notice that money being used.

Because if harmon was out for the year (sounds like he isn't) when Ogunjobi returns he is plug and play having spent the last few seasons there. also it sounds like they an abundance of corners and Bennie Bishop Jr. is not going to make the team after their free agent signings/trades. Beanie Bishop Jr. Pittsburgh Steelers · CB Last year, Bishop was quite the find -- an undrafted free agent who played all 17 games, started six and plucked four INTs (including two vs. current teammate Aaron Rodgers). At worst, it appeared Bishop had a nice future in Pittsburgh. But the Steelers signed Darius Slay and Brandin Echols and traded for Jalen Ramsey this offseason, pushing Bishop to the margins. With multiple players already capable of playing the nickel, Bishop might be expendable. DB coach Teryl Austin recently said Bishop needed to "fight and work to get some splash to get in the picture." It wouldn't be stunning if the Steelers floated him in a trade. -

Yeah I think he’d be perfect in that “Big Nickel” role, but as a starter is merely average - and has a propensity to injure himself and teammates. He’s not a piece I’d want as a long term starter. -
If he funds it or not, NYS will still have high taxes. High Taxes = More Amenities.

So what do you think of Terry's new yacht?

This is why I wanted a dome. So many additional ways to bring in Revenue. -
You don’t know how taxes work. The state income tax on the players salaries alone pay it off in less than 10 years. That’s before a beer is poured or a suite is sold.

Would also think one would have to order such a luxury about 5 yrs. before receiving it. Not that that would stop the grousing.

https://www.mediaite.com/media/tv/holocaust-survivor-felt-sick-seeing-israeli-spokesperson-wear-a-yellow-star-says-media-guilty-of-aiding-gaza-genocide/ Holocaust survivor Stephen Kapos condemned Israel’s “genocide” in Gaza on Thursday and said he felt “sick” seeing an Israeli spokesperson wearing a yellow star as “somebody who actually had to wear a yellow star” during the Second World War. “To watch what goes on in Gaza is absolutely horrendous for me, and in lots of ways, the sufferings of the Palestinian people rhymes with the suffering that we had,” said Kapos, 88, during an interview on Good Morning Britain. “As you mentioned, my family was kind of separated [during World War II]. My mother was in charge of some girls in hiding, the girls were separate, so we weren’t together, and my father was taken in December ’44 to Bergen-Belsen [concentration camp].”

USA, 2025, Russia, 2024 Russia, 1961 Germany, 1938 2025, USA President receives and accepts election advise from Russia during purge and harrassment of descendents Easy to see how these times are coming together Obama was a bad president, ok Biden was terrible, ok The extreme left are wacko, for sure Reform is required, yes It is time the US citizens recognize that this is now way past the point of political, economic and tax reform. It may be too late to stop this trajectory.

Good for him. Go spend that money. You can't take it with you in the end.

The lack of depth at DB overall is what makes any of these injuries a bigger deal than they are. Sweating injuries to Rapp and Tre sums up the state of the secondary. Hanging onto guys at the bottom of the roster especially on defense who have already showed they’re liabilities is McBeane’s biggest weakness. We should be churning through the bottom of the roster much faster to find guys that might actually help.

I will say that Mitch has looked better this pre-season than I expected. I don't think he's starter material, but I think he'd be okay for a game or so.
-
Sure. It easy to say that when you’re not the one that has to deal with making him the highest paid non QB in nfl history. I’d love to have him. I don’t think it’s conceivable.

shane nelson replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
Pure Jealous. Terry is a very smart man and like most of the owners, has made his fortune through hard work and ruthless shrewdness. All i care about is the Bills win-loss record since he bought the team. He will spend what ever it takes to bring a Lombardi to Buffalo -
A very simple question. How so? I like that people like you are going to bat for this lady’s right to use the restroom of her choice. It helps to separate you and your sort from everyone else.

When a well-appointed Subaru Forester can top $40k and a Ford F-150 twice that, a $100 million for a yacht isn't getting you anything too fancy.
