That's freaking cool

Holy *****, the Ravens had 843 yards in the playoff game?!
-
Yeah thought that was a very interesting comment especially given that the mostly bend-don't-break philosophy of the defense for so long. Maybe come regular season we actually will see some more aggressive defensive philosophy changes that people have been clamoring for

Its pretty wild but I actually sweat that much too. I have wrung out my socks just like he did after a long run (when I used to run long distance). My wife and I were even laughing about it. Tre and I must have been separated at birth....lol

Power can barely play Defense in the NHL I wouldn't trust him at all playing Defense for the Bills -

Simmons wants $10m+ guaranteed. Not happening with the Bills slightly over the cap right now. It's literally impossible from a cap perspective unless they cut like 10 guys. -
This seems like it, likely a PS candidate with a chance to make the team next season. A good story and an easy guy to root for regardless.

No he is not. Ciarlo ran a 4.56. Damar ran a 4.6. Damar is 6’1 195 Ciarlo 6’ 229 Ciarlo has an elite 3 cone score. Damar had 18 reps, Ciarlo 34

That is a problem, it's fair to point that out. But while he has been unlucky, at some point you kinda have to show what you have. We know it is a what have you done for me lately league! -
So what happened during "Operation Legend"? Thats a pretty dangerous city goose of the chi. How about when he sent them into portland when they were trying to lock people in and burn them alive. How about california when people were tossing giant blocks of concrete off of highway over passes. Let us know exactly what parts of a city and which crimes being committed its ok to have federal backup for. I know youve grown accustomed to wrist slapping but having a show of force and harsh federal penalties puts idiots on notice across ENTIRE cities that liberal touchy feely revolving door policies might not be the next punishment....thats called a deterrent.

You are missing my point. It is not about putting up huge numbers...It is about coming through during clutch times in the playoffs. Evenly matched teams look for that one small window somewhere. Diggs didn't really raise up to that moment during his playoff run with the Bills. It is not about getting 5-catchs and 66 yards per game...he simply couldn't elevate his game to the next level and give the Bills the leverage. In fact, it is the biggest problem for this team in the playoffs. Every one of your best players need to bring their A-game to the playoffs and be able to gain that small edge that is the difference between victory and defeat.

I thought he was elite during the regular season but very average in big playoff games when it mattered the most. Elite players don't drop key passes or get totally shut down

Bring back Power for one more season until Beane can correct the problem next offseason. Still early but Bishop looks like another Beanne bust early round pick -
If you watch the new Hard Knocks episode, you’ll get to see him and hear his story. He reminds me of Buffalo Joe in just his hustle. If he makes the PS, it will be because of that high motor. He may make the PS. We’ll see.

I'm 50/50 on it. I can see a scenario where he's cut. I can just as easily see a scenario where they expected he'd take a year or two of development and/or they like what they see in Practice and in Meetings. This board has zero patience for players who aren't lighting the world on fire as a Rookie. It wasn't too long ago Terrel Bernard was declared a bust after Year 1.

Should Buffalo cut all their backup QBs?
Buffalo Junction replied to BigAl2526's topic in The Stadium Wall
The best backup QBs are usually on bad teams. They usually have two marginal starters during it out for the starting position or a top rookie QB prospect and an aging vet or gap starter. With JA17 clearly entrenched as the franchise $55MM man this team doesn’t have the opportunities or the money to attract one of those guys. As a result Trubisky is essentially as good as it gets unless they hit on a draft and develop player like Matt Hasselbeck, Kirk Cousins, etc. -
That's a myth.
