Not with me you wouldn't... I hated him...
-
Oh they've already started.
-
3 ugly wins and 3 ugly losses likely headed our way 10-7 (at best IMO) and a wildcard exit soon to come Can't wait till the loser front office and coaching staff brings it all back AGAIN next year. This team, coaching staff and front office are all bottom dwellers if not for Allen and Cook.
-
But we'd have Josh Rosen, so that would be a big gut punch š
-
Exactly. Beane job (if he wants to keep it) is to find more.

You know.. itās funny ⦠everyone loved the Benford deal at the timeā¦:: I thought it was good value ⦠not looking that way now though is it⦠he is here at least to the end of 2027 looks like⦠not that he is the biggest issue on this team by any means
-
He does contracts and cap. He was Overdorf's deputy. Promoted a few years ago. As I understand it when Beane is negotiating with say, for example, Cook he will say to Megank "we want him, we think this is the number and here is our ceiling" then Megank will come back with options for how that can be structured and what each of those options mean for the cap down the road. Beane obviously signs off on everything.

Totally we were utterly thrashed by them... if they have a competent QB the score here is more reminiscent of the Bllls loss to the Dolphins or the Ravens last year...

Matt Rhule was a horrible HC who fired Brady. Most knew Rhule was a bad coach and thought Brady was a scapegoat. I think itās fair to say Rhule was indeed horribly bad but Brady still deserved it. š¤¦āāļø

They arenāt facing a defense the rest of the way even close to as good as Houston so I think they can easily win all of those. They wonāt lose at home again. Would have to be a road game. I donāt see Cleveland as beating the Bills. Their defense is good but itās not on the level of Houstonās and Clevelandās offense is a lot worse than Houstonās is. I donāt think Pittsburgh is anything special. I would say the most likely loss would have to come against New England but the main reason for the loss the first time was the turnovers. If the Bills quit turning the ball over and keep it to one turnover or less they will win the rest of their games. If they turn the ball over 2 or 3 times then they could lose any road game.

Like I have said,Allen looks mentally shot. We haven't ever seen him come to the sideline say what the hell are we doing. I dont care how much you love something or how much you get paid,if you finally think there is no way in hell you are going to achieve your goals with the way things are, you are gonna have enough.

Yep! The entire O Line looked like ass, and old/tired. Dawkins especially, he engaged, gets beat and stands there, saw it several times last night. He wasnāt the only one. This group is also horrible pass blocking.
-
Bring Daboll back this week to give the offensive another set of eyes. He can work as a QB coach who cares. Get him in the building and see if the combination of him and Josh can unlock something. ***** anyoneās feelings if every coach in the building was let go today I wouldnāt care.

You saw how much juice Hoecht brought in his very limited time on the field. We need fresh attitudes (and bodies). I agree with Success and posted the same in another thread. You could tell these guys were mentally burned out by how they approached the offseason/preseason. It was apparent with both Josh and McDermott - the two biggest leaders of the franchise. These guys were trying to take pressure off themselves, because they no longer had the emotional reserve to push through their perennial failures.

Every great QB has done and does it. -
Remaining Schedule, how will this play out?

He should change his name to Schlowman. He's a freaking pylon. -
I thought he was more the contract negotiator.

Where does this slow plodding offense fit into the fact that we are one of the highest scoring offenses every year? During our streak of division wins, we've gone from averaging 2:59 per drive to 3:02. Do you really think those 3 seconds are the difference between being up-tempo and trying to score score score vs. just trying to kill the clock? We're also averaging fewer plays per drive and more yards per drive than the 13 seconds season.

He has NO WHERE to throw when Kincaid isn't on the field. -
At this point just get in. 5 seed 7 seed, who cares. Once you are in, You never know. If we miss the playoffs all together it will be an inexcusable disgrace and Iāll be absolutely furious. I have been so frustrated with this team all year but Iāll come off it if we get in. All I want is a chance. If we miss the playoffs with Josh Allen every person in the building needs to be fired. There is no excuse

Agreed about the Daboll part. His last play called in Buffalo put the Bills ahead in KC with 13 seconds to go. Since then, he and McDermott have been reported to have an icy relationship. I wonder why? Since Daboll has left the Bills, it has been a steady decline. Last season was lightning in a bottle. A literal MVP performance was needed to carry this team to the brink. Itās all Allen or nothing. -
-
I strongly believe that Allen's yelling "what are we doing!" that was caught on camera had nothing to do with getting the play in late. I think he was mad about the play call itself. He was just covering for Brady after Allen realized his frustration was shown on TV. Let's be real. It was 4th and 1, Allen had to go backwards 5 steps, to hand off to Cook who needed to move forward 6 or 7 steps for a first down. Instead of Just going the least amount of yardage, and Allen bulldozing ahead. Much like the Eagles do,,, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Brady cannot get fired soon enough.
