  1. Past hour
  2. He was a problem child behind the scenes and management had gotten beyond sick of his antics. But that's not the main reason he was traded. The main reason is he committed the cardinal sin of becoming too much of a problem for Allen to deal with and that marked the end of his time in Buffalo.
  3. The close friendship/ relationship between Allen and Diggs soured IMO.
  4. he was traded. We got a pretty sweet haul for him.
  5. I would hope the league gives out a penalty to Philly (+maybe Rosenhaus). What a joke of an excuse. What they did is not what the waiver process is about. You are not supposed to be able to slide out of one team over to a contender of your choice because that other team has a need. No one (outside of Slay/Rosen) want the process to work that way. The fact that their little stunt cost the Bills roster moves should be relevant to the penalty assessed. I am hoping the Bills are processing this complaint through the league channels.
  6. and clearly needing warmer weather than Philly, he moved to the Port St. Pittsburgh Keys.... sounds like a dude who is pouting and ready to pull a Vonte Davis...
  7. He means for the last game at rich new era highmark
  8. Unless we haven’t secured a playoff spot no way I’m playing him till January. No way. If we can’t beat the Browns and Jets without him…. This is getting ridiculous Also, I added Boutte in fantasy this week and I’m probably playing him in light of this news. This regular season can’t end fast enough. It’s now 4 straight years of injuries significantly derailing a season. Oliver, Hoecht, Max, Rapp, CB, Bernard, Kincaid, Brown, Milano, Palmer, Bass - all missing enough to significant enough time.
  9. This sounds like AI but you know what I buy it
  10. At least the Bills staff hasn’t punctured anyone’s lungs, so we got that going for us.
  11. Steelers team doctor... Seriously, though. Watt needs to get better soon. They have to take that division.
  12. This is what happens when American foreign policy becomes America alone.
  13. Oliver was stepped on by a teammate and Benford seems to be a soft tissue injury. Both can easily happen with or without pads. I think the main issue is that guys just aren't playing enough football. Not that they need more games or need my physical practices. But these guys are barely in the facility. They could/should be running routes vs air, working on sleds, etc. much more than they currently do in the offseason.
  14. T, agreed, but also the RBs as dump off receivers as they are better in space than even the WRs. If we can get Palmer healthy, a combo of him Cooks, Davis, and Shakir as the slot, with the TE (any of the three, don’t be predictable Brady can make noise. Hawes has proven he can be a 5 yard drop off, Knox can easily handle a 7-10 yard short pass over the middle, and Kinkaid can be a target anywhere. We pretty much can’t do anything about WR until next year, and we don’t have the $ for a free agent acquisition, but we can make a dent in the draft with a WR at the top and a DL in the second round.
  15. If he can go, play him, we want this game, it would help to get this Dub going forward. We lose, we're out of it for division and the seeds have less relevancy. Plenty of time tor rest after this week. I may be crazy, but I'm not willing to sacrifice the division or momentum yet. Get the W and we need to him to get it!!!!!
  16. That’s how I feel about the Patriots.
  17. Looks like Bernard will be out again this week, but potentially on track to return next week. It will be very interesting to see how they handle his return. He is the 2nd Captain with a long-term extension that hasn't kicked in yet. By any objective measure, Shaq and the D have performed much better in his absences. Will be something to monitor down the stretch for sure.
  18. If you were forced to, would you be able to share a contribution of yours that did not reinforce your priors?
  19. You're 100% on Shaq. He should be in for early downs / Bernard in obvious passing situations at a minimum. Bernard is a better blitzer and much better in coverage. There were so many plays we had defended against Cinci last week --- I'm thinking of the deep dig Burrow hit to Higgins in our territory. We blitzed, Max played it perfect with outside leverage (knowing Shaq was dropping to take away the dig), however Shaq got too "wide" and let Higgins inside him. Horrible peripherals on that play. Many more examples to choose from --- close to the LOS is where Shaq belongs on early downs.
  20. When you make deals down by the crossroads the devil comes for his due!
  21. I know right! Just have them stretch, get medical attention, have meetings and then go rest!
  22. They haven't wrapped up a playoff spot yet.
