OU’s biggest issue is that the committee has ND ahead of them. I have no idea why. As I wrote above, I’d choose OU over ND. I’d also ND behind Miami and Miami won head to head and ND best wins are meh. If I were you, I’d be rooting hard for Texas Tech and GA.

If this was true, there’ll be video of it tomorrow. Unlikely. He’s frustrated the defense gave their offense opportunities to win a game and couldn’t do anything. You’d expect more from a Walter Payton Man of the Year recipient.

I don't know, they looked pretty good against the Ravens offense.

Did anyone else see the switch flip with Josh Allen?

So what was the Heyward thing about? -
They control their destiny. If they sweep the Jags there's basically no way they don't make it. I'm not so high on the Jags that I think they'll stay on a hot streak.

Brady's play calling probably had him and the wrs half asleep and unmotivated out there, so that might've woke him up -

Sal pointed out on the radio broadcast that Buffalo was kind of sleep walking through the game, and then came the late hit on Josh that wasn't called. After that, Buffalo had a nasty edge. To quote Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto: "I fear that all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve". -
He was hanging out on the field after the game talking to players, so that’s a good sign
-
I'm sorry, but if a QB can hurt you so bad that you completely lose your cool then maybe you don't have any business playing DT, one of the most physically punishing positions in the game.
-
Not only that but their QB is playing on a broken leg reportedly. Not good things.

Beane needs his credit for oline depth ...

We were killing him last week for well sort of the same offensive line. The difference of a week in the life of an NFL fan -

Brings up the interesting issue, if big contracts should be used on tackles, or if those are positions you can utilize lesser paid players. -

You know what they say about making assumptions. Anderson looks like ***** as an offensive tackle. Who didn't know that Buffalo only chance was to keep everyone in top block so they could run. Lucky for Buffalo Pitt was more intrested in jawing with Allen then stopping the run. -

Yup. And though I have been critical of him, credit today for Joe Brady on the game plan. -
They have been grooming those OTs for a while and still have VPG getting ready to step up in the middle at some point, and Grabel who was recently activated off of IR that looked like he was very promising at RT. I don't envision a WR trade involving OL players, but acknowledge that the Bills need a true X receiver at the boundary that is difficult to cover one on one. For some reason I just don't see them pursuing one via the draft at least not very early with how thin the class is and how long it takes to get a WR up to NFL speed - more likely they will keep looking for FAs that have the upside or are proven commodities if they can free up the cap for it. We will see, but I think this year's draft is more loaded with quality LBs (size, speed, instinctual hitting gaps and tackling) and we happen to be thin and undersized at the position with Milano likely not being brought back next season and I have to think they need to really evaluate how are using Bernard at ML especially vs the run. It is not a good fit for his size and skill set and they keep breaking him.

not meant to be a Beane knock, but they were huge today too. -

This. Once Heyward started jawing with him it unlocked psycho mode Josh.
