  1. Past hour
  2. That's true but I can agree to disagree and we're on a message board to discuss I don't do it every single time in fact I've probably done it three times in 8 years Of course nobody's required to do anything I actually like hearing other people's opinions and it's okay if they don't want to share them
  3. You should stop calling people out that thumbs down your posts. Sometimes people might not agree but they don’t want to get into a length discussion. Nor should they be required to do so.
  4. It should be both. Get the best WR you can in here via trade and elevate Gabe Davis. If everyone stays healthy and there's no one to IR, release Tyrell Shavers and Elijah Moore. Any upgrade over the pathetic WR room we have, no matter how small, should be exercised.
  5. The first tweet is nonsensical/straw man territory. If there is a spread of several weeks, can't both things easily be true? Especially if the games where Allen was most asked to carry the team are also the games where his play was the worst? Also, which specific run earned Cook the scepter? I'm mostly remembering untouched yardage (~75% before contact WTF?!), so am I just omitting a particularly violent but less memorable rush? Could be.
  6. Your suggestion was discussed in great depth on pages 6 through 8 as well as on page 11 and page 13. It's an excellent discussion!
  7. "Not a 3 Down Back" "Not a Top 10 RB in this league" "Isn't even worth 10m a year" "We'd be better off with Ray Davis"
  8. I'm really not a Gabe fan. I think he has bad hands and his route tree is limited. I also think him and Josh are often not on the same page. Don't care who's fault that is, they didn't fix it while he was here. I didn't even want him back even on the practice squad. That said, he is the only guy on our team with proven ability to stretch the field. How does a meniscus tear take so long to heal? I've seen guys come back from that in a few weeks. If Beane can't find a receiver to trade for that can stretch the field then Gabe is our best option and they need to get him in there.
  9. Bolded part is super ironic, considering the slot-only designation many draft pundits wrestled with for Jefferson. But he definitely does run routes to all parts of the field tbh.
  10. Its fun because nobody knows or will know lol front office proli told the PR team to check Wikipedia and just throw those stats up 🤣😭🤣
  11. Go Bills! And, here’s his new Angry Runs shirt.
  12. You aren't seeing the forest from the trees. No one is pinning their hopes that he's our savior. But when you have a WR core that is filled with guys who can't get open, aren't producing, or in some cases (definitely Shavers) aren't NFL caliber WR's - Gabe Davis is an upgrade over at least a couple of the guys we have. I'm not saying get Gabe in here and we're set. Definitely see if you can get someone else in the Trade market (although Jakobi Meyers or Rashid Shaheed seem to be the only realistic options). But any upgrades at any of the 6 spots on the Depth Chart should be made if possible. We need all the help we can get. You can put all the vomit emoji's you want. If you think we're not vomiting more from what we're getting from Tyrell Shavers or Elijah Moore - you're fooling yourself. Yeah. He also never had less than 549 yards or 6 TD's in a single year for us. Buffalo career highs of 836 yards and 7 TD's in 3 of his 4 years for us. I hate to break it to you, but guys like Tyrell Shavers (5x this season), Elijah Moore (2x this season), and Curtis Samuel have ALL put in 0 catch games for us already. And it's only been 7 games! Of course, Gabe Davis is more like eating at McDonald's than a 5 star restaurant. But when you're eating out of a literal garbage can, McDonald's is pretty enticing. Yeah, Hollins isn't an option though. Nor is there a Davante Adams level WR to be traded for this year. Likely the best we can hope for is something like a Jakobi Meyers and Gabe Davis replacing guys like Tyrell Shavers and Elijah Moore on the roster. It's insane to me that people honestly feel like we'd be better off just doing what we're doing over trying everything we can at our disposal. And Gabe Davis over any number of guys we have now would be an upgrade.
  13. Yes. Cost cant be bad, itd tske a bad front office to tell the man no to a run. Exactly the type of dude you gi after here. Might not get volune of plays, but enough in tank to turn it on when needed. We've expressed interest too before Its fun because nobody knows or will know lol front office proli told the PR team to check Wikipedia and just throw those stats up 🤣😭🤣
  14. Cooper had a nice game against Tennessee And caught a long pass down the sideline against the Chiefs in the regular season game at the Ralph. Other than that he sucked. And looked very content standing on the sidelines. The guy looked like he was barely trying when he was on the field. Beane has done an absolute ***** job fortifying the WR position for us the past 2 years. In an offensive passing league w having a QB like Josh Allen he should be fired if he can’t find better. Coleman plays like a marginal undrafted free agent. What in the name of scouting college players for the NFL draft did the Bills see in this guy to draft him early in the 2nd round? Wow!! I think Keon has actually regressed since last year. Put Shavers in his spot this week and let him run the routes they would have Keon running. And see how he does. It can’t be any worse.
  15. Thats too late by then IMO. This is a game the Bills need to win. Lets say they don't do anything and we lose badly. That gives Beane less than 2 days to make a trade. Unless he is already working on something, it's not likely.
  16. The Hoecht weight debate is ignoring all team-related nuggets (Chris Brown and Sal Cappaccio and the gang) saying ~260 lbs? He could be a little heavier after his offseason strength training regimen...ahem...but he's nowhere near 280 to my amateur eye.
  17. Let Hancock and Bishop roll! Max in the mix is nice, i wouldn't shun a mid level corner known for durability. DT we have enough working unless something juicy comes along^^ fully agree with you!! We injected some youth, let the kids show what they got. Dumb the damn dumb defense down if you g2! Call these teams and put in SERIOUSSS offers for WR, that signal seriousness. Two 1st's + 3rd for Addison is my starting point (i want some replacement late round picks back, 6th/7th nothing crazy). Potentially willing to send Coleman back, but initial offer needs tweaking. Hes someone id want in a player for player position swap!! Minny want escalators for Addison production? SB appearance or win? Done. More than fair. Hes a high value prospect, kick their door in and show them youre more serious. Its expensive? It hurts? Look at the sunken costs we've had trying to find an answer... while still not having the answer. Im all for the "buy it once, buy it for life". If you gotta mske a cross country trip with a trunk full of drugs, are you going to trust a Daewoo Lanos Express? To keep a few extra bucks in your pocket? First, I need to make the trip. Everything else is secondary. Im not trying to get pulled over because my tints peeling, I got a dancing bears logo on my bumper, my friend gave me a $200 paint job from IG, worrying about getting towed, sleeping at Crack head motels. JUST SAY NO Priority one, safe trip. No surprises. Handle your biz. Jordan Addison helping Beane keep that Columbian pipeline rippin'... so to speak
  18. Please explain. Their likely playing for afc title regardless of seed.
  19. Couple little bones to pick here: intangibles = EVEN?! With 100% slanted h2h playoff history PLUS published officiating bias, how can one suggest we're even here? RB - even? No way. Hunt is probably more effective than Davis or Johnson this season, but who cares? Cook is SO SO much better than Pacheco. Bills OL probably better, too.
  20. I assume you're joking - but either way, he isn't. He's done for the year.
  21. Today
  22. Why wouldn't we see them in the playoffs in that scenario (where they finish vaguely behind the Bills in playoff seeding)? Is it because both Bills AND Chiefs are wildcard teams? One could still envision an AFCCG showdown in that scenario. If it's because Bills win AFCE but Chiefs are a wildcard, why wouldn't they potentially come to OP?
  23. Starting soft and slow like a small earthquake And when he lets go, half the valley shakes It's love, Brother Love say Brother Love's Travelling Salvation Show Pack up the babies and grab the old ladies And everyone goes 'Cause everyone knows 'bout Brother Love's show
  24. They also lost i think 2 starting O lineman heading into the SB againt the bucs and mahomes got destroyed that entire game. But overall theres so much luck involved getting to a SB and the chiefs for the most part have had pretty great luck with health in the post seasons and the bills have had impressively bad health going into the post season.
  25. Also factor in they are going to be coming in off a short week and have to travel on top of that. Schedule makers did not do them any favors here.
  26. This thread hits like craaaack, thank you!!!
