Props to JA - QB rush TD record

Allen has been haunting Ramsey’s dreams ever since he made those ridiculous comments. can’t believe that Jax game was 7 years ago. I remember being so pumped after he gave Allen perfect bulletin board material -
We did see Johnathan Taylor with a meh qb on their side and 0 WRs on our side last year and did a pretty decent job against them to be fair it was post Amari cooper trade but Amari was out
-
I’ll be keeping an eye on Tee Higgins and whether he plays this week. I’d say they wouldn’t risk bringing him back but they are only two games back in the AFC North. I expect him to play but still worth watching
-
You know,if we could upgrade our S&T program, something that plagues our Bills as well, and teach our OL yo run block.... OU would be "back" so to speak. As is, Venables taking over playcalling in D has made all the difference

No, their defense was just as dreadful against Baltimore. Derrick Henry averaged 6 yards per carry. Their backup RB (Mitchell) averaged 9.5 yards per carry. As an offense, Baltimore averaged over 6 yards per play (compared to Cinci’s 4.8 yards per play). The reason Cinci’s defense “held” Baltimore is because Baltimore fumbled FOUR (4) times and had an INT. Five (5) turnovers will doom any offense. 3 of those turnovers happened on Cinci’s end of the field (aka Baltimore was close to scoring), and one of them was a Baltimore TD but the play was overturned after replay showed that the Baltimore player fumbled through the endzone as he was crossing the goal line, so it turned into a touchback. And prior to the Ravens game where they were helped by 5 turnovers, their defense gave up 26 to NE the previous week, and 34 to Pitt the week before that. If we don’t run all over that defense, it’s 100% on us. Now, whether our defense can stop them is a whole different story.

WR1 in blocking that is. I think Shavers lead in WR snaps because he was the lead blocker in that outside run Brady was spamming all game, and one of the only WRs in that formation.
-
Shavers blocks very well. He freed up #4Cook a number of times, especially on the long one to the 5 of Pitt.
-
Snap counts don't mean much about the WR depth chart. Shavers, like Coleman, has size, so he gets more snaps as a run blocker. Same with Gabe Davis.
-
no, the number that matters is the actual number. ie the most ever.
-
There is a stats professor Massey who rates all the teams and their win probabilities. He has the Bills at 77% vs. Cinci; 57%@NE; 80%@ Cleve; 62% Eagles; 85% Jests, cross multiply and you get 18% probability of running the table. He also has the Pats losing to Bills and Ravens, so we get into tie breakers.

True, but in a cost saving measure, Mike Brown is renting school buses rather than chartering a flight, and he's charging premium rates for in trip snacks and juice boxes. The man really knows how to beat down morale...but save a buck.

Any MD's on this part of the board?

Are you praying that Trump kicks the bucket? Every rumor about his health that might be negative seems to excite you... -
nope! Someone else mentioned last night that Josh is now 8-0 against Jalen Ramsey.
-
Nix is pretty good. He throws it around sometimes recklessly but there's high reward on those throws. I'd much rather have Bo Nix than say CJ Stroud or several other QBs.

If you think that old fossil Joe gives a damn about this country outside of the preservation of his retirement portfolio, you are delusional... His solution is more programs, more debt and more casualties in support of the status quo... -
It honestly wouldn’t surprise me if the Texans end up being the South Champion . I have no faith in the Jags and Colts to maintain but one of them will wind up in the WC, probably the Jags because they still have a couple weaker teams
-
Would expect Hairston and Hancock’s snap counts to increase against the Bengals. Situationally, Poyer and White made sense against what the Steelers present.
-
Only 5 receptions in this entire game made by WR. Kind of nuts. Would love to see Cooks earn a higher snap count.
-
Yes.. I actually think their toughest game will be this Sunday against the Bengals given the Cinci Offense will be at full strength and they’re coming in with a ton of hope behind Burrow’s return. If we win that, I think we win out. We still have issues, but everyone in the AFC does.. and Philly, while ultra-talented, is meh. Their Defense isn’t what it was last year and Hurts shouldn’t scare anyone.
