  1. Past hour
  2. I hope that the people voting for her realize that her only desire for a state senator position is to use them for a stepping stone, certainly not to "represent" them. .
  3. True. So you take the better football player, the one with the best chance of helping, that was/is McConkey.
  4. Exactly. As soon as he's in football shape (and he should be close after going through the Packers TC). At the VERY least he's a good return guy and that can be enough to get him a game day jersey. Then let him run a few Go routes to try and keep safeties back. Can open a lot. Who are you finding at this point in the season? Justin Jefferson isn't walking through the door. This is a guy that has Super Bowl experience, BIG GAME EXPERIENCE, speed and is a good return guy on top of it. He also had made visits with other teams, most notably the Saints and Steelers. So, no he wasn't just sitting home playing Battlefield 6 and eating Nachos
  5. Every human being, no matter how elite in their field, will exhibit a range in their performance over time. if Bean/McD/Brady thought Allen would play at an MVP level for two consecutive seasons they were crazy. As for Allen's play this year and looking at his stats, I would suggest he is playing at an elite but not at an MVP level: Passing: 70.3% completion rate; 2139 yards; 15 TD's & 5 INT's and a QB rating of 105.7 Rushing: 311 yards; 7 TD's & 2 lost fumbles Total Offensive Output: 2450 yards; 22 TD's & 7 TO's. He's on pace here for a season with 4626 total yards; 41 TD's & 13 TO's. So yes, obtaining a true WR1 in the off season should have been a high priority for Bean. Allen's performance to date supports the idea that adding a WR1 over the summer would have resulted in the Bills being in a much better place then they are now.
  6. “So proud of my guy for putting people over politics after seven weeks!” - the unaware dumbass once known as Redhawk
  7. no i'm assuming neither do you or the guy I quoted talking strictly what you can see on the sidelines
  8. No thanks. This offense is already 1 dimensional, Brady needs to find more ways to get playaction/WRs time to get downfield into intermediate areas or get more diverse with the route cominations. And Gabe Davis is the answer lol. No... not even sure he is fully healthy yet. We are so desperate for anything right now, but more Alec Anderson or more Gabe Davis is not it. Beane made this mess and its going to take until next offseason to fix.
  9. I worked under your FAA @PeteButtigieg and, after 34 years, mostly as an Air Traffic Controller, I retired because of how you and the Biden administration, to use your words, ***** on every employee at the FAA and ruined a once fine agency. You allowed men into my office bathroom. I had to work with and for people you hired and promoted because of the color of their skin or who they have sex with who were wholly and completely unqualified for their job. You FORCED me to inject an experimental dangerous drug into my body in order to keep my job and paycheck. As for what the current ATC's "have been through", every single one of them is eligible for an interest-free loan program which their credit unions initiate during every government shutdown. As well, they all can withdraw from their TSP accounts. Every FAA employee knows these are both well established, common practices during shutdowns, so the only ones not coming to work are the ones making a political statement. President Trump is right to call them out. You, sir, can sit down and shut up.
  10. I blame the women he is with for this. Hailee probably talked josh into a session with her therapist who then promoted the Low Positive mindset. I want this Josh back
  11. right now we matchup too well against Phili to call that a loss. i tihnk we win it. i think we beat the Bucs. i think we fall to Houston - that's a staunch defense. the patriots won't lose to both the Ravens and Bills, but could lose to 1. they may get the Yankees fear playing the Ravens and be scared of them but that doesn't mean they should lose. they could also suffer a slump because they peaked awful early and drop one to the the Jets or someone they shouldn't.
  12. The reason he isn't running is because every defensive line is keeping a spy or spies on him and focusing on containing him. Whenever he does take off the defenders close on him fast and its usually a loss of yardage. Its similar to way we try to play Lamar and the way we just played Mahomes. Seems to be why rolling to his right isn't a cure all this year. And since our WRs cant get open, nobody is scared of an 8 second scramble drill.
  13. I'd understand more if they were top 5-10 picks but they are generally in the late 20s.
  14. I'm thinking there won't be any worry that Brady is going to be hired as a head coach anytime soon.
  15. happy veterans day
  16. Thank God Miami sd no, they saved Beane from himself. A 1st for waddle would have been a tragedy.
  17. McD Process Rule #32: player X has to participate on the PS for a minimum of 3 weeks before they can see the field.
  18. I have mentioned this in another thread but if I were Terry Pegula I would look at teams who have been very successful with the draft since that is where the foundation of your team is built. The Eagles, Ravens, Chiefs are examples of this. Look at assistant GM's as well as their scouts. We all complain about Beane and McDermott, but the Bills have struck out too many times with their draft picks especially in the early rounds and the Bills scouts need to be held accountable. As for a new HC I would let the new GM make the call on that. But a GM and scouting staff with a history of being successful with the draft is what is needed here. You want a stronger team supporting Allen then this is the way to go about doing that.
  19. A big thank you to all veterans and to those who currently serve. There are several on this board who deserve all the accolades and thanks.
  20. With Kincaid out, I would like to see more of Alec Anderson going forward like we did last year. And that includes with Jackson Hawes. I would embrace going heavy personnel and hope that Palmer and or Davis can be a factor on the outside.
  21. Agree. I could never root against the Bills and every victory gives me hope that this will be the year. It will be no different Sunday and then again on Thursday. I would love to say "hey I was wrong about McD and Bean". I am still holding out hope the Bills are on their way to a Super Bowl this season. The easiest path forward over the next 5 years is for the Bills to get their act together and go on a run that results in going to a Super Bowl this season. Change is fine in theory, but.....................
  22. I also had a Cat Benatar at one point. Now I have a dog and just kept the name it came with Salsa.
  23. My closest friend is a huge fan so I've watched a ton of Buccaneers games this season. Just general thoughts: - They aren't the same team without Bucky Irving. They are getting Sean Tucker more involved and he's a better fit than Rachaad White for what they like to do but he's still just a guy - Godwin and Evans being hurt is big for them. It's just the familiarity with Baker. But Egbuka is the real-deal stud and Tez Johnson is a burner. Our secondary will indeed be tested. Hope Benford is back - I actually think they're at their best when they get Cade Otton involved. Move the chains easier and open up the lid on the defense. Bishop and Poyer need to be disciplined in this one. I think this is an important area to win - Baker won't get rattled like Tua, Dalton, Rattler, etc who we've beat up on. But he still is prone to trying to fit one too tight of a window - Defensively they're definitely better against the run than the pass. They're good at bottling up the run game but are prone to big plays. I would hammer the rock as much as possible. They're weak in 11 personnel but that doesn't mean much to us. When they get beat through the air, it's usually against a stud wide-out so again doesn't apply much here. They also have been pretty decent against slot WR's and more prone to getting beat on the outside from what I can tell. I don't have the stats to back that up but just a feeling Overall the loss of Kincaid hurts but I would go heavy packages and maybe even involve Alec Anderson more with Hawes and just run it and hopefully get a guy like Palmer or Gabe going on the outside
  24. Agreed. I also dont understand why Beane is so protective of his early picks. It’s not like he is great at them.
  25. Who cares? And besides. the odds of KC/Bills meeting again this year is passingly small as one or both will likely not make the playoffs and if they do they likely would not meet until very late. Giants fan-- ha.
