  1. Past hour
  2. The way Coleman is going, he may not see the end of his rookie contract as a Bill…unless McD & BB let pride get in their way. As Bob Barker said about Happy Gilmore…”this guy sucks”.
  3. Yes, I was at the game and I'm pretty sure I saw it happen. The rest of the team started heading out towards midfield and he was walking towards the tunnel. I told the wife at time that I thought he was hurt after watching D-line warm-ups. He's washed and been washed for a few seasons now.
  4. There is no reason, IMO, that Shakir shouldn’t have the volume that Beasley had. There is nothing that Beasley could do that Shakir can’t. He can split the safety’s better than Beasley….like Shakir did against Detroit.
  5. Who the eff is eating? They’re all emaciated
  6. I don’t think it’s in his character to demand a trade. I just don’t see it. Even Aaron Rodgers stayed with GB until 40. He doesn’t strike me as that type unless the Bills were continuously missing the playoffs.
  7. Houston is Thursday night. new England after their bye. KC is better Phi is more talented. tB is better 5 losses 10-7 maybe a 7 seed and road playoff game at New England or KC.
  8. I agree and in fact over the last 4 seasons the Bills have been 7 - 6; 6 - 3; 6 - 6 & 3 - 2. So 4 - 2 doesn't seem so bad on paper. But if they pull out of this funk and go on a division winning, #2 seed run only to lose in the divisional round again the Bills would appear to be living the movie Groundhog Day.
  9. Yup only took a half of football for the MNF to announce it.
  10. Teams play their schedule that is all they can do. Quality opponents are coming in the next month.
  11. Running a team as GM with a standard team is what it is. But when you have a super bowl calibre QB, and have limited funds, GM'ing is a different ball game. We have very little ammo to bring in much.
  12. I felt optomistic heading into the game. My bad.
  13. I think this happens a bit. Someone in a game on Sunday was hurt by getting an orbital injury from a stretching band.
  14. Reminds you of what happened last year heading into the bye week doesn't it? Blown out at Baltimore followed by one of the worst games for a QB in the modern era against Houston... And then we lost 2 more times all year and once was a meaningless loss when Allen didn't play the last game and we rested tons of players.
  15. Don't even understand what Ty's role is anymore. They basically brought him in to block for the 4Q and kept Cook off the field even though they were only down one score and Cook was averaging over 5 yards a carry.
  16. Just 2 of the best WRs in the league happened to be in Brady’s college offense. Surely Brady knows talent.
  17. You can attribute it to whatever you want. The Bills scored 7.4 more PPG in the games that he dressed and threw for 62.8 more YPG. That’s not arguable. How much of that you want to attribute to Cooper’s presence may vary. What can’t vary though is that they were a much more effective passing offense when he played than when he didn’t. That’s just a fact.

    Keon WTF?

Ultimately, this is the problem with Brandon Beane. He's not a great scout, and so he doesn't have any real conviction on players. From all his post-draft news conferences, you can tell that he pretty much just identifies a position of need, puts a bunch of players into a general tier, and then hopes he gets one of those guys. Doesn't really matter who. At the end of the day, his goal is to fill-out a roster. Before that draft, Kansas City boldly identified which WR they felt would best fit the team. Then they aggressively traded up to make sure they got Xavier Worthy specifically. There was nothing special about Keon Coleman to us. Beane clearly would have been just as happy with 3-4 other guys at that spot. He was drafting a position instead of a player, and crossing his fingers that player would be good. The Chiefs did the same thing when they specifically targeted Patrick Mahomes and Trent McDuffie. We traded down in 2017 because we had no convictions about the QB class (although that was before Beane), and then just sat around in 2022 waiting for one of the cornerbacks to fall to us. It ended up being Kaiir Elam, who is clearly a huge bust now.
  19. Jeudy was on my offseason wish list. The Browns would be smart to unload him for whatever they can get. The Bills would be the perfect destination. This seems like the most realistic option. Olave is certainly worth a first and some. We already know Beane doesn’t know what to do with a 1st round pick when it comes to WRs. Might as well use it on a proven commodity.
  20. Players are defined by their coaches and coaches are defined by their players. Do you think Tom Brady have the same success has he not been paired with Belichic? Imagine he has been drafted by the Titans. I don't think his career goes the same way.
  21. And I'm getting lit up with some posters here scared to admit to it. When our team is getting beat down and the OL breaking down, there is no reason to keep punching the ball with James Cook. It's just idiotic. Reeks full of ego mentality, which isn't smart.
  22. I keep watching a fat Mahomes this season trying to run over linebackers.
  23. I give Cook and Kromer much more credit than Brady. And if running game is so good, why does Brady in back to back weeks get cute? Good running games should smash 3rd and short
  24. He looks so far like a top tier impact player in the making. If we can find our Chris Jones that would be huge for us.
