Gunner, if I remember correctly, lives in the UK and therefore sees the home team TV coverage for preseason games (as I do where I live overseas). I assume that you guys in WNY got the Buffalo coverage, and if so you missed this: Tampa Bay has a sponsor that is the "Exclusive Hospital of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers." Somehow that strikes me as a bad look.

Also Jones is our only true 1-tech now. Walker is big like a 1-tech, but he plays like a 3-tech. Would be nice to have another player that can play 1 or 0 if needed.

There’s nothing wrong with bringing back cheap scheme fits that give you a baseline competency heading into camp. Its going into cut downs and bringing them in after spending 3 draft picks and a big FA that’s the problem

Don't worry, we only drafted 3 DTs the last couple years & signed another in free agency. Surely, bringing Phillips back is a good sign!

After his suspension, Larry O will either be waived and stashed on the PS, or moved to the 53 man roster if someone is injured.....at least that's how I see it.

I actually thought the dline was one of the areas that looked halfway decent in the preseason. Thought we had tackle depth. Now we’re rolling Phillips old ass in off the couch? Come on. Dude is washed. Poyer and Hyde coming back next? Unless there’s an injury we don’t know about, don’t know how this makes any sense.

Ogunjobi's deception prior to signing meant he was likely on thin ice already. His mediocre preseason performance may have sealed his fate.

I agree. I like Buechele, but I don't think he can handle a starting Defense. He also looked slow as molasses vs TB. I looked up his 40 time, and he ran 4.95 at his pro day- which is slower than Spencer Brown ran.
