Two Clubs Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs) -- this would be even Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division. -- this would be even Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games. -- Pats*** win this tiebreaker, 10-2 vs. 11-3 Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. Strength of victory in all games. Strength of schedule in all games Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed in all games. It was getting dire before the pick 6 and even after the pick 6, they were only up like 3 with Burrow getting the ball back and up until that point their defense was struggling to stop Cincy. We wasted a 7 minute drive when Cook fumbled not once but twice, losing the second in the endzone. Quote

Matt_In_NH Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Bills win out then pats must lose to jets or fish. The Baltimore game does not matter except it would allow the bills to lose to the eagles. Still be would have to lose to a division team. The loss in Miami is the mig problem here Here is the good news. If that were to happen then all you need is for Denver to lose two and the bills win the one seeds. Denver plays GB KC LAC and JAgs so that could happen. 1 Quote

We would both be 4-2 in the division. Both losing once to each other & Miami. Do we win the division due to strength of schedule? Common opponents and I believe that Falcons/Texans bite us in the arse. Unfortunately the best way to turn that in our favor is for NE to lose 2 of their next 3. But at that point we'd already have won more games anyways. Out of pocket at the moment, but I believe that's the case. Quote
eball Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago 46 minutes ago, No_Matter_What said: You are wrong. If we both end up 13-4 and they lose to Dolphins/Jets, then we'd be tied in common games 11-3 and we'd win the seeding by conference games (all their losses are within conference, we have one loss vs Falcons). As for common games tiebreaker, just look at the other games, it is easier. They are 2-1 (wins Giants, Titans, loss Raiders), we'd be 2-1 (wins Eagles, Chiefs, loss Texans). So it means same record in the common games. Ok, appreciate the breakdown. I got my info from an ESPN article by Graziano this morning, so he has it wrong as well. 1 Quote

He always seems miserable whenever he’s got to come to Buffalo, versus when he gets to report from the bigger markets. Quote
stlbills13 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I still am not convinced the Patriots are for real but playing them at their place when they've had a bye week to prepare, it's definitely going to be tough. 1 Quote

Walking Tall Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Toughest game of the year coming up. Patriots are the only team to take the Bills down in Orchard Park in almost two seasons. This one is in Foxboro and the Patriots are coming off their bye. The Patriots would love to clinch against the Bills. The Bills will come in with a chip on their shoulder. Toss up game. Maye doesn’t have other options like Burrows did. Diggs is nothing like Chase. Diggs is elusive and smarter than Chase - relying now on his knowledge and skill. McDaniels will pull and motion Diggs inside against the nickel, keeping someone outside for Benford. Quote
zow2 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I thought the Bills would be totally dialed in for these Cinci and New England games. Cinci yesterday was closer than I thought it would be. That was dicey for a while. I do feel like the Bills will beat New England this week and get their revenge. We won't win the division but this will be like a playoff game for the Bills. Quote

After that it goes down to Hollins at 48 and Boutte at 39. Bills are the best defense covering TE’s. There is nothing to fear on NE’s offense. Maye is good, and McDaniels is an excellent cord, time for McD to show he has a game plan to shutdown the young QB. NE has had 2 weeks to prepare, it’s going to be a tough game for the D. 2 Quote

Couple flukey bad plays for each team and a couple ‘how the heck did they do that’ amazing plays…I think the result ended up exactly where it should’ve been adjusting for luck and whatever else tbh. The burrow ints were bad but so was cook’s fumble and Ty Johnson randomly falling down, uncalled facemask on that Shakir third down screen then immediately stuffed on 4th and so on Quote
Buffalo Ballin Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I hate to break it to y'all. We been in playoff mode since the Kansas City Chiefs game. Hell, maybe the week before that game. Y'know with us having terrible defense, ton of injuries, McD's mental short comings, and Joe Brady's useless screens to Shakir and designed hand offs on 3rd and 4th downs. 1 1 Quote
