Steptide Posted 18 minutes ago Posted 18 minutes ago Curtis Samuel is one of our worst signings ever. Over paid and can't release him 4 Quote
ngbills Posted 18 minutes ago Posted 18 minutes ago Who knows anything with Brady. Moore has better numbers than the past few years than Cooks, Hardman, Samuel etc. Quote
Allen2Moulds Posted 18 minutes ago Posted 18 minutes ago I know the word trust has been thrown around a lot, specifically with the WR position. 1. Can you (Josh) trust the guy to win his 1 on 1 matchup, if playing against man. 2. Can you (Josh) trust him to be in the right spot, against zone coverage. If there are issues here, too often with one or the other, or maybe both, you have to look for a more reliable replacement. I guess now we know what role Cooks will be filling, especially with Samuel being hurt all the time. Quote

Big Turk Posted 17 minutes ago Posted 17 minutes ago (edited) 6 minutes ago, Roundybout said: Yeah, going through OCs this quick is a bad look for him no doubt. It's because we haven't gotten one that is good enough to make adjustments once DC's figure them out in year 1. It's why the first year Bills go 13 wins and look amazing and 2nd year they go 11 wins and it's way too much of a struggle. It's happened three times in a row now (assuming Bills get to 11 wins which I am guessing is a good bet). If Brady gets fired or gets a HC job, we should not be surprised if the new guy coming in gets us back to 13 wins again in year 1...it's what happens in year 2 that matters to determine if we have a guy that can actually be more than a 1 year wonder. Especially at premium positions. The narrative that he just needed good QB play to turn his career around was always ridiculous. The tape was out there and NFL pro personnel departments aren't stupid. Highly debatable... Quote

BillMafia716ix Posted 16 minutes ago Posted 16 minutes ago Brady didn’t even use him. He’s probably relieved tbh. We wasted his time 2 Quote

BananaB Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago Brady basically gives each WR a couple routes and tries run the same ***** out of different formations over and over again. Quote
gobills404 Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago The Jets and Browns used him better than Brady could Quote

Going to take a miracle for this team to have any impact in the playoffs. Samuel is a good player when he is 100%. Problem is, I cannot remember when he was 100%. 1 Quote

Brandin Cooks, Vinny Testaverde, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Josh Johnson can all be used to fill a square you're stumped on with like an 85% success rate. Quote

Over paid and can't release him A bit hyperbolic, the team can get out from under his contract after this season and he was a midlevel signing. It was a bad signing but not among the worst in team history Quote

ProcessTruster Posted just now Posted just now swapping Cooks for Moore is fine. Cooks is no slower and has better track record. Moore has pretty much washed out plus I never realized he was that small. Who knows, maybe Cooks can do something Beane is trying. IMHO, if Waddle wasn't in-division, he'd be on the roster right now. A 1st round pick for Shaheed would have been just stupid. Quote
