Unless we somehow turn the corner and make a run to the Super Bowl this year I think you have to blow it up.

 

Who are you going to get as a HC as a GM? Well I know the guys we have are not the answer. I don’t know whoever they get won’t be. At least take a shot. This group has had the MVP at qb for 5 years and has nothing but division titles to show for it.

 

Is that better than the drought? Yes. Is it good enough? No.

 

Allen is gonna be 30 and I just want one title. Blow it up and try something new. Please!

I think making the playoffs will be very tough. Lets hope they make it.

They aren’t doing it during the season but after this game when Miami just got done shipping out talented players and the Patriots rolling to  joint first (third with tiebreakers) in the AFC… it’s a superbowl or bust.

I’m sure we’ll see a couple of threads like this after that debacle, but I beg you to look at the last 15 years of the Sabres before you give Pegula an opportunity to pick a GM and HC for the Bills.  (I’ll throw in the Rex Ryan hire for good measure).  In 30 combined years of owning the two franchises, Pegula has made one - ONE- decent HC/GM hire.

Pains me as a fan of a team who doesn’t trade a lot of high picks, to see a team ship out their QB for an aging vet, trade 3+ first rounders all to win a Super Bowl…

 

Then when it looked that it might have caught up to them, they overhaul some key pieces, nail a couple of picks in the draft and are right back to competing again. In a tough division. With the same old QB lol

The bills drafting has generally been terrible. High round picks who have had little impact outside of Allen. We're at our cap ceiling, this team is gonna have to do something if they wanna win. I'm not saying firing McDermott or beane is the answer, but something needs to change. Beane thinking that last year's offense was somehow sustainable is just absolutely laughable. Oh, and Mack hollins being a huge part of the Pats offense and the bills not paying him enough to stay here is also infuriating

I think one year of missed playoffs MIGHT do it….wildcard first round exit probably won’t though.  In as a wildcard and a divisional or later exit definitely won’t

They aren't going to.  They likely should.   But they won't.  They think McDermott is great when he is very much average.

I know we will be adding Palmer and Davis, but they've only even proven to be solid #2 (Davis) and a top end #3 (Palmer). 
 

Not sure if that's enough. If the Bills can salvage this season, it'll honestly be one of the finest efforts from Allen and McD we've ever seen.

Nobody is blowing up anything. McD might be hiring a passing game coordinator though. Joe Brady is like Daboll when his run game plan isn't working he goes to a pass game that doesn't work.

we will make the playoffs with this soft schedule get bounced and the Bills pr team will get to work selling us some new pipe dream  One win against a team with a winning record this year and three horrible losses  Might be better if they collapse and real changes come.  10-7 and a playoff game on the road and Josh another year older exemplifies this regime

This game was more about not being able to stop the Dolphins run game and not getting the Buffalo run game going.
