So what does Beane do... he follows it up by making the situation even worse the next season. And then he has the gall to go on the radio waving receipts and beating his chest over it. 3 Quote

Maybe we have a better record, but are we a SB team? Issue is the roster construction and waste of resources at key positions. Beane has to go, its that simple. McD has built a poor coordinator group around him. He at least can cover for the defense, but hes made some poor decisions at OC over the years. We need a GM capable of finding outside "talent", coaching and players. Head coach to me is fine its the coordinators, which is a direct reflection on Sean - so if thats enough for him to be let go, so be it. But I think Beane struggles with football talent evaluation, he had some strong cast surrounding him in his earlier years here --- now we see his true colors. The names of the coaches that would do a better job won’t fit on this screen. Please don’t think that way. I do not think the roster is bad I think it’s almost all coaching. There are probably 30-40 guys alone that would be better coaching the defense. That’s not even factoring in the coaches that actually have offensive mindsets. Maybe the Giants without Nabers. Tennessee is pretty brutal. Raiders are rough. Patriots aren’t that great, they just got speed. I think Shakir would be putting up the same stats as Diggs if you switched places. Either way, theyre definitley in the bottom of the league. I mean I would trade Jeudy for any WR not named Shakir in a heartbeat. Zay Flowers is way better than anyone in this room. You might have a point with the Giants, but they do have Nabers and got unlucky. The raiders are bad too, fair. Quote

Our O gotta play almost perfect football. That’s tough with this group because we wasted pretty much every asset we had this offense on the D. And despite all the additions, we gotta lean back on over the hill vets McD loves Defense is not great but they are missing players all over the place and other guys who are not performing uo to their standard. The offense doesn’t have to be perfect, they just don’t have to turn the ball over. Offense has absolutely no one of significance missing. Turning the ball over is the only problem. Pats game it cost us. Atlanta game, cost us. Fish part 2, cost us. There’s problems all over this team but the unit we should be expecting the most out of are the ones not living uo to par. Offense needs better play calling and call security. If you said to anyone we’d be middle of the pack, which they are, I think we would accept that if the offense wasn’t in such a rut as it is. Takes 2 to tango. But by standards and expectations, the offense is the one falling short. 1 Quote

Buffalo ill Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I think some fans and obviously the coaches/gm think Josh will be elite into his late 30s and that there is still time. Matt Ryan was really good into his early 30s and hit a wall around age 34 iirc. Josh gets to be Phillip Rivers, Burrow Manning (maybe), and Mahomes Brady for this generation. Such a waste, but let's just be happy to not be in the drought era 🙁 1 1 Quote

When Palmer is injured, they are easily the worst. To make matters worse, Brady doesn’t seem to be able to find a way to get these WR’s open - because they can’t win on their own. whoever comes in next at OC will need to completely rebuild the offense for Josh I turned on the Pats game late in the 4th quarter only to see Mack Hollins catch a bomb, running open down the sideline, to pretty much seal the game. I am so jealous of what the Pats have at receiver and how they make one big play after another. Oh, by the way, I have heard their wide receiver group is not very good. Quote

Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago When you look at the team stats for todays game, you'd never believe the game was such as blow out. Admittedly much of the Bills offense happened in semi garbage time and add the turnovers in too. Quote

Josh Allen is the current NFL iron Man and he's not sitting out and getting rid of his streak lol Something that he said he prides himself on over any statistical record Quote

I would legitimately consider switching fan bases to the team he landed on if they traded him. I've never been player over team as a fan, but what they have given him to work with most years is ridiculous and laughable to the point that I am starting to hate the organization for how they have handled him. 1 Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago This is just how it is the offense has one or two bad games every year and it’s all people talk about. The defense has one or two good games in 8 seasons and it’s just a laundry list of excuses. It’s not fair for the offense to have to score 30 every single game. You have to operate in reality. The defense never holding their own kills us. It’s completely ridiculous that we spend so much time complaining about WRs. We had the most productive offense in the league going into today. Why are we ignoring the real issue? Quote

Fact is, when we get down a couple scores early opposing teams have us right where they want us. Sit on a lead that will allow Bills to either run more time on the clock themselves or continue to sputter on O doing exact stuff they expect them to do. Probably a better option than letting Allen play his style football for 3 quarters. Down 16-0 and getting a fresh set of down Bills ran 30 seconds off at the end of the 3rd quarter. Still at that point no urgency. What’s 30 seconds in football? Quote

Defense is the issue when we cant convert a 3rd down in 1st half or score 0 points? Yes, we need to shut out every opponent. Our offense has let us down in every loss this season. What do you want when your top DT, top corner, top nickle, and several backups are out on defense? Not to mention, Bosa playing with 1 hand essentially, when he is a technician with hand fighting to win his pass rush moves. This defense missed some opportunities, but just like the Falcons game, we stayed in it. Offense laid a complete turd on the field today, but let's talk defense since that's what you want lol 1 1 Quote
zow2 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago This is the season many media experts predicted for last year. But the giveaways are up, the clutch takeaways are fewer, the penalties are terrible, the receivers are worse, the Oline is not playing as well consistently, the D is getting gashed with injuries, Kincaid is out again and Josh doesn’t really trust his WRs, so he’s a tick off. The club seems kinda robotic postgame. I hated McDermott today. This is the kind of game he should be pissed off afterwards and the players too. They had no energy in the first half much like Atlanta. another inferior club. 2 Quote
