I honestly hope he goes to a franchise that has the capability to win a Super Bowl. He's given this team a ton and I don't want to see him end his career without winning one. I would hate for him to have a Marino career, or worse, having never been to a championship game. It just doesn't look like it'll ever happen for Buffalo. This franchise is stuck in neutral. Or more appropriately, the transmission is shot. I don't know what can possibly change, but the coaching staff is mostly inept from top to bottom. Give me a break. Josh Allen owes just as much to the Bills as they do to him. 1 1 Quote
billieve420 Posted yesterday at 01:52 PM Posted yesterday at 01:52 PM I worry once Josh loses ability to affect game with his legs how effective he will be. Reason why they should be all in these next 5 yrs to try and win Super Bowl. AFC is wide open with no elite team. Need to try and take advantage while he is in his prime. Quote

Dr.Sack Posted yesterday at 01:53 PM Posted yesterday at 01:53 PM I keep watching a fat Mahomes this season trying to run over linebackers. Quote

Imagine he has been drafted by the Titans. I don't think his career goes the same way. Quote

Even Aaron Rodgers stayed with GB until 40. He doesn’t strike me as that type unless the Bills were continuously missing the playoffs. Quote
Buffalo Ballin Posted yesterday at 02:00 PM Posted yesterday at 02:00 PM No. John Elway didn't win until late in his career. Same thing happened with Steve Young. Quote

Sweats Posted yesterday at 02:09 PM Posted yesterday at 02:09 PM Look at Josh's eyes.......he looks dead inside, looks like he's lost his desire and will. Where's the fire and passion? The last time his eyes looked like that, the OC was fired........maybe we're due for Brady to get run out of town. 2 Quote

I would at teams who have drafted well to get the new GM. The FOs from the Eagles and Ravens for example have done well drafting over the years and putting strong rosters together. Both teams have won multiple Super Bowls. I would look to hire AGMs from teams like this who have done well in the draft. Once the Bills find that person then let them hire the next HC. The new GM has to come here with a strong track record with building through the draft. If we had that with Beane then we probably have a Super Bowl win already. Quote

If this season ends up a disappointing one, then I would at least hope Beane and McDermott are on the hot seat. Terry will be asking Bills fans to pay a lot for tickets with PSL's at the new stadium. He can at least try to put the best product on the field for Bills fans to watch. After 9 years of same old same old with McBean that probably means a different GM/HC to come here and run the show. It does start there. But I'm equally frustrated with the coordinators. We have a defense that is sloppy and unprepared and an offense that is so benign now that a big play is an 8 yard Cook run. I know we have an overall mediocre receiver crew, but there has to be more than what we saw last night. 1 1 Quote

I won’t ever agree with this take of trading Josh personally haha but I feel like we gotta let this season play out before I’ll even understand the other side of it. I don’t think any AFC team with any coaching staff will ever just walk away from the chiefs in the playoffs. You can bring in whoever you want and you’re always gonna get put in the ‘drive down the field for a td to ice it’ and that’s where we’ve been. Obviously if we go backwards and struggle to make the playoffs/get bounced early, the decision gets easy. If we lose a super close one to kc again it’s tough but doable. The ‘who do you bring in’ question is kinda murky at this point though and makin me a little nervous. Anyone available is giving me the ‘chargers firing schottenheimer for norv turner and schottenheimer laughing at that franchise every day for the rest of his life’ kinda vibe to me 😂. I think the big names were Zach Orr and Joe Brady comin into the season haha yikes. I think the absolute best you can do at this point is previously failed head coach/infamously produces diminishing returns on offense Kliff Kingsbury 21 minutes ago, billieve420 said: I worry once Josh loses ability to affect game with his legs how effective he will be. He actually looked really really good in the pocket against NE tbh…I think it’s mental more than anything where he likes to be moving around and teams kinda try to use that against him. I think he’ll still be great well into his 30s Edited yesterday at 02:12 PM by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

The Eagles and Ravens have also had picks in the top 15 of drafts that helped shore up some talent. See Kyle Hamilton, Roquan Smith, Ronnie Staley, Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis and DeVonte Smith. Last three picks Bills has in top 15? Josh, Ed Oliver and Stephon Gilmore. Edited yesterday at 02:30 PM by The Jokeman 1 Quote
