At present he looks calm and composed and he is accurate. Their run game looked better today as well. 

 

Vrabel has high profile coaches around him with McDaniels and Marrone and it might be a KC scenario where they are quite happy to stay in their roles for a extended period of time. 

 

Got to embrace the new challenge ahead, the rematch will be very interesting in December.

I’m not sold Maye’s skill players are better than the Bills. Their offensive system is though.

Are we really pooping our pants because of a solid stretch of games against the Panthers, Saints, and Titans in addition to the awful mess the Bills managed to put forth and only lose by 3? He looks composed… he’s hardly been tested, though. And as much as I want to punch myself in the face for having to say it, he probably has better coaching behind him at both HC and OC putting him in a position to succeed.

This really sucks because we’ve been waiting for the other shoe to drop for 6 years, and it’s slammed into the floor like a steel-toed boot. It feels like the world has returned to normal. Couple the Pats looking like the best team in the league with the Bills worst loss in three years. with the fact that they had that loss going into the bye and here we are. And the kicker is that our loser players all don’t give a crap and played golf with grins all week. And we have a GM who wants to die on the no weapons hill while the Pats search high and low for WRs. FML.

Also, I think it would be different if Maye was doing this on the Jets or Dolphins. Many people (not necessarily here) would be saying it's a hot streak and not freaking out. After all, both of those teams have a history of ineptitude. It would be easier to ignore. 

 

Because it's the Patriots, and Brady only left six years ago, people automatically assume they will just dominate again like with Brady. And go back to winning SB's most years.

I look at the other side of the coin. For years Beane has been focused on his white whale of beating the Chiefs come playoff time. Maybe added pressure from within the division will force him to change his stance and actually go out and find legitimate weapons. If it can alter his perception of what we need, it may help in the long run

We will win the division again this year and they’ll have issues as old talent and bad talent show itself. It’s a long year. Also, the book will get out them and let’s see if this guy can even pivot once last alone survive in the league for 15 years.

Pats are no joke.  Very good coaching staff & now a franchise qb.  They’re only getting stronger.

I think people are overreacting. They may(e) be good but they've just played the Bills, Saints and Titans. None of those teams have a great defense.

 

 

Remember the hype with Mac Jones or that year the Dolphins put up 70 on the Broncos and people thought they were the greatest offense ever?

Maye Vrabel McDaniels are stable.  Jones delt with inconsistencies that hampered his development.

We sure as $hite didn’t look good against them, & I doubt we beat them on the road. Just being honest here, our schedule was weak and it’s about to get a lot tougher and I’m not sure we’re able to correct course with some of our glaring roster deficiencies.

Bills have a way better run game too which should make it even easier for them to find space and rhythm in the passing game. McDaniels is operating on a totally different level than Brady in the passing game.

Outside of the Raiders game he has looked good all year. The one INT against the Steelers the ball was tipped to cause the INT. So basically all year he has looked good.. I’m expecting some bad games here and there as he is (I think) the youngest QB in the NFL and still learning.

 

I agree he has great coaches around him but IMO the O line has played a lot better is just as important.

You’d have a better case for the Colts and Daniel Jones looking like the best in the league( or at least the AFC) than the Pats. The Bills lost a 3 point division game to NE in which they shot  themselves in the foot repeatedly. Yes the Pats have a very easy schedule, and that will be an issue. They’ve withstood these sloppy mini slumps before. We’ll see if they can do it again.

Lol some prediction, only one team to beat it’s the weakest conf in the NFL. The bottom two are 1 and 13.  I hope they can beat out NE who is just getting the ball rolling.
