Yeah, Rex said he thought Schwartz’s Bills top 5 defense underperformed. Rex took over and that defense really dropped off.

 

Rex was, and still is, a fraud. He has a good football mind on defense but he is lazy. He wants the star status but doesn’t want to put in the work that goes with that.

Because it’s the NFL and anything can happen week to week, especially in divisional games. The Niners were without their QB, top 3 WRs, OL, their franchise DE and others on D, yet still beat the Rams, who would be undefeated if not for TWO blocked FGs

 

The Pats are pretty good imo.  Good HC, good offensive play caller, good DL and secondary plus a young QB that has all the tools to be great and excels at scrambling and converting 3rd down (which so happens to be our downfall).

I’m excited to see Ciarlo a bit. While I don’t expect a lot from him, I think he’ll have some opportunities through the rest of the year to put himself in the mix for LB2/3 competition for the Bills in 2026 - Even if they draft someone fairly high. 
 

I like Andreesen, but I think he’s best as your LB 4/5 rather than someone you rely on each week.

DO NOT overlook the Pats.  This team is not going to roll over.  I want to see the Bills come out and dominate and not step off the gas.  Defense shut down the run.  Cause turnovers.  A full four quarters of superior Bills football!
