I think tonight was a chance for him to show his value beyond being a KR/PR which is why he was playing DB first snap on. He obviously failed at it tonight.  Think he might be on the outs Iâll have to think about it but Shenault might bring more value not necessarily at WR but playing the other 2 STs when heâs not returning 1 Quote
UConn James Posted August 18 Posted August 18 So, basically⌠what were seeing tonight is⌠if Josh is out for ANY amount of time this team is screwed. 1 1 Quote

This has been debated to death for years here. Â A few corners over the years have been able to do it. Tre isnât one of them. Yeah I know tackling certainly isnât his forte, I had just thought if Rapp was more of the âthumperâ/run support role, and you kinda just let Tre White ball hawk back there, it couldnât be worse than Hamlin. Or use him in strictly passing situations and let him sit back there in zone. Â It shouldnât even be a question, Beaneâs had ample time and free agents to choose from over the last couple years who wouldnât have broke the bank at the position, he just chooses to ignore it for whatever reason. Ever since Poyer and Hyde aged out, the position has went from one of strength to a complete liability, with no real excuse for it. Quote
