Not gonna lie as someone that really wants Hairston to be the starter, this quote makes me root for Tre to earn it.

veterans having good training camps doesnt move the needle for me tbh it's a comfortable environment

from what i saw of white last year im expecting a micah hyde 2024 role

Guys guys guys. It's only 3 days of camp. The facts right now are that Josh is going to make a fantastic back up quarterback this year. Mike white looks sharp and Mitch is a luxury. We're in good hands.

When we signed him my take was that I think he's washed and I didn't think it would be good for the team if he was in line to start. None of the training camp reports have really changed my mind on that. I don't know if he can ever be even close to the player he was before. Still that quote makes me root for him.

Tre White is nearly two years removed from his achilles injury and four years removed from his ACL tear. He is right on schedule. Word is that he hasn’t moved this well in several years. Given his work ethic and experience, I cannot count him out and I won’t be surprised in the least if he ends up as CB2.

If he does win the job and Hairston is standing on the sideline I am going to be even more aggravated they didn’t take Donovan ezeiraku.

they could hav traded back a little and taken him and added another pick somewhere.  The number 1 thing the bills need to improve is hitting the quarterback.  Not sure how ezeiraku will hold up vs the run but they are raving about his abilities as a pass rusher in Dallas.

It’ is Just team propaganda, look at us, our D is penetrating on pretty much every play, quote end quote….

Now I know why the Bills fired their conditioning coach, saw a couple of photo's of Beane and he looks a bit out of shape.

Also noticed Ferguson has some grey in his beard.  Got to wonder if a player  is too old and should have retired before getting grey hair?

My brother in law had grey hair when he was twenty five, it is not necessarily an indicator,  I’m sixty seven and just started going grey a couple years ago…..

The more I see and hear about Taylor Rapp, I think he’s a legitimately very good Safety.

Gotta stay healthy, but I think he could have a big year if Cole Bishop can remotely lift the floor of what Safety 2 has been next to him.

How can you take a positive , Tre overachieving expectations and turn it into a negative ? Geesh  lol

The hope I have is the way he seemed to finally be playing following the ACL, but just before the Achilles. He was super slow healing or trusting after the ACL, so maybe the same was true of the Achilles.

Either way, love the guy!

Marino praises Rapp often.  He states Rapp is the 2nd best Tackler on the Bills, behind Benford.  He named many big, open field,  tackles Rapp has had, saving TDs.  He discussed all the turnovers Rapp has had, in big spots- Ints against KC and the Ravens.  Game ending int against the Colts.  And Rapp is the 43rd highest paid Safety- what a bargain!  So don't hate-appreciate Rapp.

Go Bills!

He seems to have a better handle on his human missile BS and is at least not taking out our own players anymore. Could use a little better technique tho. A couple of those personal fouls stop us from getting off the field.

Marino said he understands that some hold Friendly Fire against Rapp, and Joe gets that to some extent.  But he said that 'You never want to have to tell your Defense to be more aggressive.   Rapp is a tone setter.  His aggressiveness is contagious"

yes  But i can imagine he does intimidate mentally when coming downhill . or even crossing the field with an angle that has him facing the ball catcher

I wouldn't want to golf in the group ahead of him.
