  1. 1. Do we sweep them all after this years draft and FA additions, have we done enough to dominate again.

    • We only sweep NE.
    • We only sweep NYJ
    • We only sweep Miami
    • We sweep all three teams
  2. 2. What team do you think we could loose both games to.

I think we can sweep all 3.

Miami: Miami took a few steps back for all the steps forward. They have the second best roster in the AFCE

new England: sneaky good roster, a chance to succeed with Maye but a sophomore slump is always expected with a NFL QB that isn't a pure blue chip. I could see them during it out with us but their defense can't stop cook and Josh

NJ Jets: a team we could overlook that could be a disruptive underdog. If anyone is going to pull off the sweep of us it is them because they're as likely as anyone. The defense is what does it.

I can't see a world where we lose both or lose the AFCE. I did last year but think we are better against the AFCE this year despite being stronger against the league last year.

I also expect a fair bit of chest puffing if NE starts anywhere near half-decent. Maybe more from their fans than the team, but guess what? Like 30% of national sports media are Boston fans. Any chest puffing will make its way to McD/Allen, and they tend to take that personally.

I think New England has slowly become one of the most overrated teams in the league. They’re “new” so I get it. It has a little of that 2024 Jets feel. They’ll be better than they were but I think like 7-10 or 8-9. Miami has become a touch underrated imo. They’re more likely to be the playoff team I think.

Miami and New England are both 7 to 9 win teams. Jets will be a spunky 5 or 6 win team.

I can't vote since you required me to pick a team that could sweep the Bills. I don't think that is possible barring something crazy and unforseen.

But will we get swept?

I’m interested to see how the “last regular season game in the stadium” dynamic plays out.  The place will be packed because there are a good number of fans who can’t necessarily buy playoff tickets and they’ll want to see the game.

But at the end of the day, if this team is what we think they are they’ll know they have more home games coming and McD won’t do anything to jeopardize their health going into the playoffs.

Love the “dead rubber” comment

Nope.  We sweep the floors.

If a sweep is needed for the 1st seed, it’ll happen.

If not, it’ll be Allen and select starters on the sideline taking a bow in their winter gear at the last game in Highmark IMO.

Sweeping the division is never easy. If the Bills have everything wrapped up going into the regular season finale, then they will treat that game like a glorified exhibition game. I will say 5-1 or 4-2. The Bills usually drop a game every year they have no business losing. Since I live in NJ I go to every Bills-Jets game here. The games at MetLife are usually close. Lost twice to Zach Wilson and in last year's 23-20 win the Jets missed 2 FG's and an extra point. That week 2 matchup will be tough. I just hope the Bills go in there 1-0. Could you imagine this board if they start 0-2.

I think we go 4-2 in the Division. Jets and NE are a lot tougher than most here give them credit for.

Finally someone with a brain. And yes, I can imagine us going 0-2 easily. Our D is handicapped for the first 6 weeks. Josh has new receivers to align with. Is Cook back by then? Many reasons but the jets are a tough team and their new QB isn't as bad as previous seasons. He will be better than Rodgers.

7-9 win teams. OK, maybe. But we are a 9-10 win team, so really anything can happen. I don't see us winning more than 10 this year. Too many new guys, no Cook potentially, other teams caught up, our Defense is still in question. We will see.

But I'll tell you right now... NE and Jets are better than you think.

While Baltimore, Philly, KC, and Houston are tougher matchups, and I'd probably put Tampa Bay and Cincy together in that next tier.  10 wins is saying they basically lose 5 out of those 6 games, and another 2 of the ones below.  The only thing that'd give me pause is the fact that they play Balt, Philly, KC, TB, and Cincy all in buffalo.

Considering Buffalo was a perfect 10-0 at home in 2024, I have some doubts about them going 5-4 in the last season at Highmark.  The last regular season loss in Buffalo was Denver in 2023, before that was Minnesota.

2023 home record 7-1 (1 lost home game to London), 2022 Home record 7-1, 2021 Home Record 6-3, 2020 Home Record 7-1.  They're 35-6 at home since 2020.

We will have Cook. The Bills, unless Josh gets hurt, will win 11 minimum and I reckon 13 or 14. I have them in contention for the #1 seed. It's a tricky home slate but the Bills are good at home and while I don't think they will go unbeaten there I'd be surprised of they lost more than 2 home games. Their road schedule is very favourable IMO.

I don't see any team as having caught up. I think New England is the one that has taken a step. But if you are honestly looking at that roster and seeing a team that can contend with the Bills in 2025 I don't know what you are seeing.

The vibes in Miami are so bad though. GM and HC are dead men walking and it feels like half the org knows it. Tyreek and Jalen Ramsey actively want out.

I feel like if they start off 1-2 or 2–3, they will fall apart completely.
