Thanks for posting.  I was thinking he may be worth a flyer after reading some other articles, but if this one is true I wouldn't want him anywhere near this team or Buffalo in general.

Not going to act like I watched the game but he had 100 yards with a TD rushing and 100 recieving and completed a pass and averaged 5 ypc vs Montana State.  The biggest bonus is his size and pass catching.

He made it happen for sure but it was a few big plays. He would be a fun camp body.

oh, I didn’t realize he bombed the interview process.

weird that no one took a late flyer as his ball skills were pretty solid during his collegiate career.

If we are going by undersized being part of the issue then Upton Stout should be drafted? He’s smaller and tested almost just as bad in the 40 & 10 split..
good thing Hairston ran fast then cause he’s about the same size as Bryant lol

also, Dorian strong isn’t that far off either.

Any merit to The fact they list Hancock as a DB and not CB ? 🤔

Yep. He's a DB exactly like Cam Lewis is a DB. He's a hybrid Nickel CB/Safety. It's pretty clear to me that he was brought in to replace Lewis and clear up some cap space in the process. I don't see a scenario where Hancock and Lewis are on the roster at the same time. It's either Hancock is ready to take over and Lewis is gone or he's not, Lewis sticks, and Hancock is red shirted with an "injury".

My wife had a question that I could not answer.

Can a player not declare for the draft, then sign with a team as a free agent after the draft?  Maybe he is not very good, or maybe he doesn't want to be drafted by a team he does not like, but wants to sign with a particular team?  Can someone do that?  Or do they have to declare for the draft in order to be signed by a team?  Does it matter if he was a junior or a senior in college?

If I recall correctly, Bills kicker John Leypoldt did not play in college, but was signed by the Bills after his college age class graduated.  Is that still possible?

Need to declare yourself as draft eligible. They also have a supplemental draft if you miss the original draft. All of the teams get a chance at you. Hardly anyone is ever picked in the supplemental draft but you have to give them the opportunity in the correct draft order. I'm still waiting for my phone to ring
