Somehow she's stranded in the town due to some large snow storm. The one bridge to the town is snowed over.

 

Josh is the towns handyman with a tool belt wearing flannel shirts.  Tall and handsome with really nice hair.

 

Once the bridge is cleared she makes the decision to go back to the big city breaking Josh's heart.

 

They show her pulling away in the limo breaking Josh's heart.

 

Then at the last second the limo turns around and she and Josh share a long embrace.

 

She sacrifices her career for Josh, true love.

She's a 3rd generation antique shop owner who is on the verge of bankruptcy. He feels bad about neglecting his mother again for the holidays and decides to kill two birds with one stone by visiting the antique shop he's hoping to acquire for pennies on the dollar. She helps him find the perfect item: a framed picture of Steve Kristie's game winning kick in the greatest comeback with his mom and passed father in the crowd. To keep up his hectic schedule, he rushes out the door and gets hit by a car on the street outside. But who just happens to be there with an AED to revive him but Damar Hamlin. Just then an unexpected blizzard strikes and they have to spend time together. She teaches him that real tailgating starts at 8:30am, he diversifies her portfolio with a focus on investing in companies with female empowerment. Damar gives them field passes and they hang with Josh and Kate Bishop. Credits roll.

You forgot the part where he goes out with his old hometown friend to sabres games and says "what the hell are we doing here?" while sitting alone in an empty section.
