Having been in there, and on every level, of the new stadium last week, I believe you’ll find it to be much more intimate than the current stadium.

What's it like from the front of the upper deck?  Does it feel close to the field?  The current sidelines go back up to 52 rows,  the new stadium sideline seats don't go back that far, going off the images it seems that the front upper deck isn't any further back than the last row of the current lower bowl, it's just higher.

How steep, like the oranges in the Aud steep?

This is an image from one of the construction videos. Looks pretty steep.

There’s honestly no way for me to compare. While the actual distance might be equal, less, or more, the surroundings are completely different. My general sense was that EVERYTHING seemed to be right on top of the field. The new stadium is very, very tall when you’re standing on the playing field.

I attended the Giants game the next afternoon following my tour. (I doubt you’ll ever get a more accurate side by side comparison.) My takeaway was the existing stadium feels way more open and the stands are much shallower. If anyone’s ever been to the Rose Bowl you’ll know what I mean. When you sit in the Rose Bowl you’d swear there’s no way that it holds 100,000 seats. It’s extremely shallow and completely open to the sky.

Tough crap that Giants and Jets fans are paying part. I'm paying for Mets and Yankee stadiums and I don't support them. Maybe they should look into the lavish life style of Woody Johnson next.

That yacht Terry has looks nice. I would love to be able to rent it, but that price tag is way out of my range.

Either it is distorted or just the angle. They may be steep, but this makes it almost seem as if they are straight up and down.

Yeah it’s definitely not straight up and down, but it is pretty darn steep. I mean, just look at the blue upper section angle versus the lower bowl angle.

I can tell you it’s definitely steep, but nothing like the old Orange level. That was downright frightening.

the whole thing is confusing. Ive been a STH for 6 years. I got notification to chose my seats roughy 2 months ago. I wasn't planing on renewing. so I ignored the email. But then I got frequent calls and emails. I just didn't understand why they didn't just move on from me not initially showing interest. I have to think there is an extensive waitlist but maybe im wrong.

They are just making sure every existing season ticket holder gets called before they start on the waiting list. Now you can't say they didn't ask you.

I've been in the upper deck of the Eagles stadium, that is pretty steep, like if you lose your footing going down, you could tumble quite a bit.

Complete click bait and irresponsible. Pegula is paying his share as well as all overruns.

But $320MM in state money to build Yankee Stadium and Citi Field is just dandy.

Keep in mind that a large chunk of the money the state gave to the Bills was money from Seneca Tribal casinos. So the actual taxpayer hit was under $300MM.

Meh. I survived the Oranges at the old Aud. As long as there are hand rails I'm good. There are none in the current Highmark upper decks.

Yeah that’s true, there are handrails.

That looks crazy steep!! MetLife is like that. Sat up there for that Aaron Rodgers game a couple years ago and it was TERRIBLE!!

I swear I remember reading an article back when MetLife was built, that New York contributed to it also. But I can't find anything to confirm it.

The Jets/Giants used no public money for Metlife.
