Chiefs are just better than the Bills

13 seconds we shouldn't have lost. We were the better team that lost on a coaching blunder. This year, for the 3rd year in a row, we went into their house and beat them. If a couple plays go differently in the playoff game, we win. Plain and simple

but we lost

Jesus Christ. just because we shoot ourselves in the foot doesn't mean we aren't better. Both 13 seconds and the playoff game against them this year would have been ours I'd a few plays go different. How many teams can say they went into Arrowhead 3 years straight and beat them? Not many

Good grief…we got every single possible break this year against the Chiefs and lost at home.  We recovered three of our own fumbles, got the Hardman fumble through the EZ and got most every call by the officials…and still lost.  Give it a rest.

That. Doesn't. Mean. They're. Better. The Steelers could have beat us in the wild card game. Would that mean the Steelers are better? The Packers damn well could have and should have beat the 49ers, does that make them better if they did?

There are 0 people outside of a few on this board who would argue that the Bills are better than the Chiefs.   The objective record for the Chiefs speaks for itself.  4 Superbowl appearances and 3 Super Bowl wins in the last 5 seasons.     The objective record of the Bills in last 5 seasons?   1 appearance in the AFC championship game and 4 early round exits in the playoffs.

It. doesn't. mean. we're. better. Only. thing. that. matters. is. who. wins.

Not beating them in the playoffs doesn't mean we're not better. I would argue we were better team in 2021 in 13 seconds and I would also argue we were the better team this year. We should have won both games against them. Shooting yourselves in the foot doesn't mean they're better

Regrettably that's exactly what it means. It's just not in the way everyone thinks. The players are much closer to equal, but being a team that continues to shoot itself in the foot is a reflection on coaching. And the Chiefs don't just have better coaching than the Bills, they have the NFLs best coaching, while the bills have bottom tier coaching

IMO, we are still looking for an OC that can truly use Josh correctly.  Daboll was the closest to using Allen the best.

Hopefully, Brady can unlock the offense next year and make the juggernaut that it can be.

Chiefs D has 2 outstanding CBs that they DRAFTED.  Not saying that Beane is doing a bad job, but we have had some whiffs on pick that needed to hit.

From top to bottom it seems the Chiefs are just getting the better of us.

Draft Josh 2 great WRs in this years draft, infuse the Defense with new talent at DT, DE, and safety.  Let the kids play and make mistakes.

Unlock Josh's cheat key with an offense that throws the ball down the field and we have a good shot at beating KC (or anyone else) next year.

Do you think we can't beat the Chiefs if we play a mistake free game? Would we have no shot at all? They have beat us by one score the last 2 times. One was in a coaching blunder. Another, Allen gets hit when he throws the ball. Who know what happens. Could we have lost still? Yes. But it's not like the Chiefs have dominated us

Football is rarely a mistake free game.  Champions overcome mistakes all the time.   How many times did KC cough up the ball yesterday?   I remember at least 2 instances.   They still won.

Yes. But that doesn't mean you don't have the better team. It's about playing the best in the 3 hours of a playoff game of which we lost by 3 freaking points. We should have won both the 13 second game and this last playoff game. Everyone here is just seeing "loss to the Chiefs in the playoffs" and thinking they are the better team. If the Chiefs blew us out, I would agree with you all completely. A 3 point loss that could have been a win if Allen doesn't get hit throwing to Shakir to make it a possibility win and then all of a sudden we're better?

Yes, it does. The Chiefs have been to 4 Super Bowls and won 3 of them. The Bills haven't even gotten there once. The Chiefs are better. That is the reality of it. Until the Bills beat them in the playoffs and go on to win a Super Bowl then you can't make the argument the Bills are better.

How much better are the 49ers than the Packers? Where would you rank the Packers?

Buffalo is so very close...except when the bills are decimated by injuries to the defense and shift from 3rd to 1st gear. The Chiefs somehow manage to put it in fourth gear and take off once they enter the playoffs. Regardless of where they end up in the final standings.

Buffalo has yet to even win home first throughout by getting that #1 overall to get that so elusive bye week.

Also, take away Travis Kelce and Andy Reid and that team is no better than Buffalo...and we might just see that soon.

I think we're better than them. We just don't play like it in the big moment in the playoffs. We can beat any team in the league when we don't beat ourselves

The games they play are almost dead even over the course of many games...points, lead changes, etc...most times it comes down to making or not making 2 or 3 plays a game at the right/wrong times which is enough of a difference against two teams that are essentially for all intents and purposes are dead even.  The slimmest of margins they are losing in the playoffs to them the last 2 games.

Do you think the 49ers are a much better team than the Packers?
