Oops! SPECIAL TEAMS BABY!! Shorter was the top WR recruit in the nation out of HS though, so not like they took a flyer on nothing

Maybe Shorter becomes the breakout Bill this year, like Shakir last year.

I think he's WR6-7

I have felt that way too. Maybe Allen sways it. Toughest choice is Mitchell vs Leggette imo. Mitchell has what your looking for but not the production. Leggette is older and his 1 season is still one of the best seasons in the class in the SEC with the most talent in the secondary of any conference. Wr now being an immediate need vs a chance to come along slowly you may take the dip in potential for a bump in immediate impact. Aj Brown is still a heck of alot of potential.

AD had big plays in big games. Legette had way more YAC and his breakaway speed looks unreal in games. Especially with his size/frame. He's just BUILT. Tier 2 for me today would be : Thomas Jr. X. Legette X. Worthy AD Mitchell Troy Franklin Edited April 8 by Warriorspikes51

WhitewalkerInPhilly
2 hours ago, Buffalo_Stampede said: Beane has said over and over again he wants different than what we have. He wants field stretchers and wideners. Watch his end of season press conference. They signed Samuel who is a wide receiver screen and underneath WR with RAC ability. He can be more than that but in Brady’s offense that’s what he was. Kincaid and Shakir both underneath WRs with RAC. They are drafting someone that stretches the field vertically and horizontally. Brian Thomas will be here today. Honestly, if there is a point where need meets position for Beane to move up for, at this point I think it's Thomas. He's got the size and speed, and the LSU pedigree for Brady. I'm not saying he's our guy come hell or high water. If someone snipes him at 15, the Bills are SOL. But if he makes it to the late teens or early 20s I think Beane does his best to work some magic. If not, seeing Mitchell comes to you. After that, sorry folks let's try Round 2. I really like Shorter and was happy we drafted him at the time. As much as I like him, expecting anything at all from him is pointless. We have absolutely no idea what he can do and for all we know he is Vosean Joseph…redshirt a year then out of the league.
Back2Buff
Because the eclipse was cloudy yesterday, I spent the entire time looking at WR in this draft. I don't understand the Brian Thomas hype. All he does is run go and hitch. I respect Josh Norris a lot, and he is also low on Brian Thomas. The tape just isnt there with Thomas. It's the same thing over and over again. Go routes. On the other hand, Xavier Worthy is going to be a problem in this league. The guy played outside way more than I thought. The amount of coverage he took away for teammates was insane. AD Mitchell wouldn't even be a Day 1 or 2 pick if it wasn't for Worthy. The guy also has multiple years of production and he ran really nice routes. Worthy is my 4th rated WR. Legette is my 5th.
