He had a great staff and a great QB when they were winning SBs. But he had to have full control of everything and you see what that got. My question with Bill is how much is him and how much was Ernie Adams, his strategy guru? How about giving Ernie Adams a call? Well...since it'a a military academy, recruitment is different, operating under military constraints. Candidates, including athletes, need to be nominated. There are no athletic scholarships.
