Man I hate when this ***** starts during the Playoffs.

Who cares man it's front office personnel, not a coach! Let him interview away.  And fingers crossed he gets it too, not only good for him and his family but that's is two extra 3rd round picks for the Bills!

Yes this one will probably be perfectly fine. but it's the overall concept of coordinators and what not looking to interview or work on their resume right now during the Playoffs when it's the most critical part of the season.

It goes to show how respected league wide Brandon Beane is. Assistants of his are consistently looked at for GM jobs.

Gray and Boyd will get GM jobs soon. Good news is Gaine probably doesn’t get another job so he’ll have his partner for awhile.

I hear you but when two 3rd round picks are involved I'm not going to think twice about it, it's a net positive.  Part of the consequences of being a successful franchise, other teams want your personnel.  Would you rather us suck and not have anyone looking to hawk our guys?

Rooney Rule required interview imho.  Has been primarily a scout and assistant player personnel guy to date.   Is 3rd in line to Beane here now.  Director of player personnel at this time.

If Gray gets the job that would be 4 young GM’s Brandon Beane hired.

Brian Gaine

Joe Schoen

Dan Morgan

Dan isn't a GM yet. But yes, would be a 3rd guy from Brandon's GM tree. The first staff he hired here was a complete all star staff. Pegs must of got the cheque book out.

I am not totally sold on TG as a GM. He seems a nervous and uncomfortable communicator a bit in the Whaley mode. And I think communication is a big part of the job. But if he gets it I will root for him to succeed.

He’s taking over in Carolina. Gray does seem very quiet in videos of the front office.
