Anyone have the active/inactive list for both teams tonight?

Will come out around 645-7pm.

P/S call ups will come out around 4pm. Expecting Kirksey elevated.

News about Hamlin being inactive, makes sense...we just have a loaded secondary.

Inactive guesses: Hamlin (confirmed), Kingsley, L Murray, Anderson, Ifedi, Dodson

Sal keeps warming us up to the whole Kaiir Elam may not be active idea.

I would be disappointed. He is a man press corner and if we are going to watch PI Gardner play tough and physical then I want to have Elam available to also be able to mug players.

The refs for the game are pretty stringent against PI.

To me, I'm saying the offense tonight hinges on Kincaid, Knox and Cook. If Kincaid forces Mosley to play coverage, Allen loses a spy who can keep up with him. If Knox chip blocks well Allen can buy time and have a leaker route against a weaker LB group. Can Cook be used in the screen game to punish the Jets for being overagressive?

Active or not, I think it is clear that the coaching staff is not high on Elam. He is probably the 5th CB after Tre, Benford, Taron, and Dane.

i can't convince myself that elam is hopeless. i think he is a player that needs time to play to develop. he just can't do that.

benford hit the ground running while i think elam still has a higher ceiling.

taron johnson is not an outside cb. i never want to see that again.

dane the guy that won't quit or give up. dude earns it every year. he and levi wallace really do earn the tip of the hat for that ethic and resiliency.
