If he does, does Nate ever get another OC job in the NFL. I still wished Marrone had made him a QB coach and we signed an experienced OC.

Week 4 Kids Game, Lions vs Bills is usually the case.

what week 4 game? preseason only 3 games.

LV isn't a SNF game, it's a normal 1PM.

TB game is on a Thursday night, DEN is on a Monday night.

One thing I like about this schedule, if true, is that our hardest games start in November. That gives Von two full months of recovery before we really need him.

Very surprised TB and DEN are night games

So we only have 4 prime time games ?

So he thinks they'll be in prime time against the Jest, Bucs, Bengals, & Broncos but not against any of the Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys, Chargers, or Dolphins? Not buying it.

How can KC/BUF not be a Primetime Game, and Denver and TB is?  I know each team has to play in Prime Time, so that's maybe the reason??

4:25 is considered prime time especially if it's the national game.

I didn't either, but Sal seems to think it's correct

Note: Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys are all 4:25 games. One of those games is highly likely to be flexed to SNF

LAC is Saturday and likely at night as well

They are 4pm games which are prime time, Chargers will probably be a Saturday night game.

I wonder how they decide who gets what between the networks. Maybe CBS protected the game with the Chiefs for themselves and FOX did the same for the Cowboys game.

If it's true then it took the NFL just one bad loss against Cincinnati under mitigating circumstances to jump off the Bills bandwagon. The Jest game is an obvious gimme but other than the Bengals game, that is an awful prime time slate. They would be leaving an awful lot of meat on the bone.

5 prime time games scheduled, several 4pm national games, and the possibility of more flexed (Bills eagles, bills dolphins).

I'm surprised by which games they chose for the night slots, but the Bills will be getting plenty of national screen time.

If true it seems rather reasonable to me. There are no long stretches of away games. There’s a bye week before playing the Chiefs. We don’t go to Miami in the heat. And we already knew there’s only one west coast trip. Again, if true….I’ll take it!

All the games after the Broncos until the Pats game are rumored to be 4:25 starts.

That is weird being that Buffalo is an east coast team and the games aren't on the west coast.

Bills will be the national game almost every week next season.

But they are prime games because there are only a few games at that time. Chiefs and Eagles will probably be the only game on nationwide.

I am fully aware of how the late Sunday windows work and that they are considered 'prime time' but there are no times listed on the graphic outside of the night games so they could just as easily be 1:00 PM games.

No, the networks are not allowed to 'protect' any games. NFL VP of Broadcasting, Mike North, said as much when he was interviewed by Sal Capaccio and Matt Bove for a podcast on the upcoming schedule several weeks ago.

SNF, MNF, and Thursday nights are considered prime time. 4pm games are nothing more than late games with a carve out for the 4:25 nationally broadcast games

Where are you guys seeing all of these 4:25 PM games? I didn't see them on that graphic in the Tweet you posted @Warriorspikes51. Or did I just miss it?

My graphic has times listed for all the games.

Being the anchor team for a primetime game is what happens when you are good. They want to give tampa or denver some primetime exposure, so they put them against buffalo.

Those 4pm national games can get as many viewers as any prime time game.

Yep. 4:25 games are prime time especially national games. We used to dream about getting out of 1pm now we are bitching about it ?
