The sad thing is that there's only so much you can do when a person hates him/herself so much that they are willing to remove/change their reproductive organs and change their sex. Commies after showing clear data from the literature that they are indeed increasingly performing surgery on kids: its rare and even when they do its "just" "top" surgery on girls.
