They do seem to be showing some signs they might start to do something with "new" referees being full time and while that will help, it's not a solution on it's own. They need to address the rule book that is overly complicated and due to the attempts to cover every possible thing that happens has made it impossible to enforce fairly. They also need to get rid of rules they don't want to enforce. These memos like the 'holding' one they sent out 2 offseasons ago are ridiculous. Don't send out a memo to call less holding.. fix the rule itself. Their rules analyst does not sound like he is on board with the calls going down on the field. Same pick play just to the left, and that is not an OPI. This crew blows. No other sport has part-time officials and there’s just too much money in the NFL now to use the shorter schedule as an excuse. But a little credit to Hoodie here - 6 catches total for Tyreek and Waddle, and longest for 23 yards.
