Eh it's hearsay but there is a way around it, the testimony wouldn't be about what happened but what she heard someone saying happened. Which yes is obviously is hearsay about what happened but witnessing people's reaction to an event is still a legitimate thing, nowhere near as strong as actually witnessing it. What you're also clearly missing is that obviously this is basically worthless on it's own you'd need other evidence for it to be effective, like I don't know his fingerprints on the wheel, not an actual thing, just any kind of bits of evidence that also support it strengthen it and work together.

Obviously all we really have is a hearsay story that's it could be true could not be she testified under oath that she heard it. The secret service who would have actually witnessed it refute the story, and that would strong evidence against it, if they actually testified under oath. Their refusal to do that while she did really makes this a wash to me.

So am I still eating pancakes or not?

David DePape, the POS who attempted to kill Pelosi’s husband, is on his way to the Stoney lonesome for kidnapping. What a shame!

The illegal immigrant that had sanctuary in that city, that wanted to break Pelosi's knees then hit Paul after becoming friendly.

put him in a Canadian prison or psych center.  they can have him back.

Release him to the streets of SF (post-Xi visit).  That's punishment enough...

He is indeed an illegal immigrant. Which is what makes some of his opinions even more ridiculous.

“Everything was a lie about Trump coming from the press,” he said.

His hourlong testimony wandered across a range of conspiracy theories, none of which were supported by evidence. He mentioned Russiagate, a belief that the investigation into Russian interference in the election was a “deep state” attempt to destroy the Trump presidency. He brought up the debunked sex-trafficking conspiracy known as Pizzagate and said that “the ruling class, the cabal, the people who control us and run the media” are killing the “tree of liberty.”

If Nancy Pelosi lied to him, DePape said, he planned to “break her kneecaps.” He also hoped the lawmaker could help lure out Target 1 so he could “expose the truth.” After that, he planned to focus on Gov. Gavin Newsom, who had recently signed a gun control bill.

Someone trampling 2nd Amendment rights needed to make the list,” DePape said.

Illegal aliens have no 2nd Amendment rights, and Canada has no 2nd Amendment.

But such is the power of idiotic conspiracy theories that they influence even Canadian nudist nutjobs.

I'm sure B Man will share the tweet where Jack Posobiec apologizes for promoting the whole nonsensical Pizzagate thing....

A lawsuit filed on behalf of A.J. Delgado, a former Trump 2016 campaign aide, against top Trump aide Jason Miller accuses him of engaging in "a cycle of sexual coercion, rape, sexual assault, abuse, battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking."

and it's in civil court, not criminal?  Why.

those are real crimes, like felonies.

Any criminal court cases or arrest to support those accusations.

slipping an abortion pill to a stripper would be another few felonies.

According to Delgado, she began an intimate relationship with Trump campaign chief spokesperson Jason Miller, who was married at the time, in mid-October 2016. Delgado says that Miller told her at the time that he was in the process of getting divorced from his wife.[1][14] After the election, Delgado and Miller were hired by the Trump transition team, and according to Delgado, their relationship continued and then she learned she had become pregnant.[1] Before the appointment of Miller as White House Communications Director was announced, Delgado informed White House aides of their relationship, and after the appointment was announced, she wrote a series of tweets, including "Congratulations to the baby-daddy on being named WH Comms Director!".[15][1] Miller declined to accept the administration position shortly thereafter on December 24.[1][16][14] Delgado then deactivated her Twitter account after Miller made his announcement

Delgado was not hired to work for the Trump administration and then moved to Miami and into the residence of her mother, and gave birth to her son in July 2017.[1][17] She announced the birth on Twitter, which was followed by tabloid coverage in The New York Post and Miller confirming parentage.[1][6] Delgado responded on Twitter and gave an interview to McKay Coppins at The Atlantic,[6] and explained to Coppins, "It's a matter of defending my son."[1]

In May 2018, Delgado tweeted commentary that derided the claims made by Trump about the FBI spying on his 2016 campaign and described the claims as "embarrassing".[18] In 2018, Delgado and Miller engaged in litigation over the custody of their child,[19] and in 2019, litigation about child support and court-ordered legal expenses.[14] In December 2019, Delgado filed a lawsuit in federal court against the Trump transition team and specific officials based on allegations of pregnancy and sex discrimination.[19][20] In 2021, Delgado tweeted about the child support litigation and other issues related to their child.

Any outcome from her first lawsuit for discrimination?

A civil suit brought when there were no criminal charges, much less convictions?  Sounds familiar...
