Dawson Knox played QB in high school, so he could probably take snaps there in an emergency, but Buffalo sure wouldn't want to have to depend on him as a QB. For Houston, Deshaun Watson is on the Texans roster, but has not practiced and refuses to play for Houston, so they can't put him in. If the Texans told Watson to get to practice and start being their QB again, he’d have no choice but to do so or otherwise face those issues I spoke of.
