Trump has the official White House account to tweet from. That's the one Obama used. He can still send out official communications through that. What's been blocked is his overused and abused "Real Donald Trump" personal account. And that one should be blocked just as anyone else's would be when it is being used for inflammatory/defamatory/inappropriate purposes.
