I don't know where the ditch is, that's not the point. The point is mail-in voting fraud. Later: it was a ditch in Wisconsin. Later: Wisconsin election officials - mail was found in a ditch recently, but it did not include any ballots. So ... totally made up. I'm not sure what fits within the definition of "fake news" these days, but surely it would include this. This particular story was unnecessary and the White House arguing that even if it isn't literally true, it speaks to a deeper problem just sets them up for mockery.
