The Thread To Vent On Nancy Pelosi & Her Hubris

Recommended Posts

Have we ever seen a politician so willing to embrace her personal hubris to fvck the country for her own agenda? At a moment when cooperation amongst pols is of the utmost importance she opts not only to pull raw political stunts, but to bask in her personal power at the expense of our country. A bipartisan deal was virtually done to help our country to get through this crisis but Leader Nancy comes back to DC to thwart it in order to exert her power. I've despised numerous politicians over the years but none anywhere near as much as I have this evil person. While some politicians like Cuomo and Newsome have risen to the occasion, Pelosi and her lackey Schumer have failed to do so. Let them be fairly judged by the American people.

This note  would seem much more weighty if you were not able to cross out Pelosi  and put in GOP/Trump and have it make just as much sense

Sadly, her district will return her to Washington for as long as she cares to be in Congress.  When she gets down they will send somebody to DC just like her.

There are none so blind than those who refuse to see. This virus came upon a vibrant economy suddenly and outside of the deaths and agony, the economy is in real trouble. Our government administration has reacted markedly fast and is all in not only fighting the virus but making every attempt to put us on track to come out of this economically. Nancy Pelosi is holding up legislation in order to force her socialistic agenda and show off her power. Fvck her and her lackey  Schumer.

Leader Pelosi is putting together a package that won’t include a corrupt slush fund Trump wants. Trump looks like he is using the crisis to have a massive financial leverage to use for whatever he wants. Letting Trump decide who gets help and who doesn’t? No.

A bit of a clap back from republicans.

That slush fund is a no go. Trump and his cronies can’t be trusted to do the right thing. They will be doing quid pro quo’s all over the place for financial and political gain.

Can you please provide me a link an article that describes the slush fund you're referring to? I haven't seen anything about it.

It's made up propaganda.

To counter (and distract from) democrat corruption.

This is the typical stalemate. The Left wants money going only to workers and not to the companies that employ them. What Trump is trying to explain to these idiots is that unless you help the companies, there won’t be a job left to come back to when/if the company goes under. The correct solution, like always, is somewhere in the middle.

It's not just about money though. As they admit, it's about taking advantage of the crisis to backdoor in their ideas. Or, as Clyburn callously put it:

Enemies of the people.

(it's who they -- the establishment pols -- have always been)

You should read what you post but in all fairness to you it just might be that you are incapable of understanding it. Your own link refutes your claims. You have Mazie F'n Hirono speaking against it. That in itself makes one think the deal was a good one. The rank and file in the democrat party negotiated this compromise and Leader Pelosi who was back in San Francisco for the last week, comes to town and tells lackey Schumer to not allow even debate on this, and that the House will come up with a bill on their own. Mark my words, you dems are digging your own graves.

The bickering doesn't even matter anymore. The credit card will never be paid off anyways.

Rumors on the Hill: Pelosi had signed off on the bill until she learned 5 GOP senators got the virus. Then, thinking the GOP no longer had the votes, she blew up the deal.

If that's real, and it sounds like it is, she should be tarred and feathered for real.

Calling for political violence against our leaders now?

Turn on CSPAN, if it weren't for social distancing, I'd be placing bets on whether there'd be an old fashioned parliamentary punch-up.

You know it's bad when Collins is pissed. Schumer tried to block her from speaking.

Calling for political violence just shows you are losing..

We are long past the time for the guillotine.

The stunning incompetence of Trump shows why he should never have been elected and the frustration on the right will obviously lead to more of your Tim McVeigh types crawling out from under their rocks. Fighting the virus might have to be followed by another cleansing

Losing! Trump’s incompetence is stunning, no way he gets his slush fund. Trying to use the crisis to increase his power. Nope
