you think he understands that that means two out of every three people believe that the Russian Collusion and Obstruction of Justice is a big, fat, non-juicy, barren, made up, giant nothing burger?

No.

We are all 1000% INNOCENT unless someone can prove you are not! And you’re entitled to a defense in a court room with rules that protect the defendant. These so called professionals need to shut the f&$k up before we lose the whole system.

We who are not President Trump are all 1000% innocent unless someone can prove otherwise.  Mueller said so himself.

Mueller Tried to Entrap Trump

American Thinker, by William L. Gensert

Original Article

Robert Mueller knew there was no collusion the first time he read the Steele dossier, which reads as if it was written by a high school sophomore who spent most of his time huffing inhalants behind the gym. (Snip) At the latest, the indictment of 12 Russians on 02/16/2018 should have been the end of his “collusion” investigation. Why did Mueller keep going? To entrap the president into obstructing justice, of course. Mueller had a plan. He would use his witch hunt to anger the president enough that he would try to stop the investigation

Hitting this again because it's so blatant. The Mueller report vs the full message left for Gen Flynn.

(Weissman is a bad, bad, attorney.)

This is the type of bad act that will sink the Democrats if they try to impeach Trump, especially if they think Mueller's obstruction nonsense will be the key. Millions would tune in to watch the Senate trial live, so the media can't hide it by 'forgetting' to report the trial minutiae.

No *****.  That's why Trump only provided written answers to questions.

At BEST, that’s a completely disingenuous use of […] when reporting someone’s words. That’s the kind of crap that pisses off judges, and rightly so.

Yup. It's stuff like that which got Weissman's Enron convictions overturned.

And it just underlines the point I've made with several people while discussing the merits of the obstruction case: every one of the "potential" obstruction examples listed in the report are untested and unproven. If they had a strong case, would they have to invent issues like this? Further more, this revelation throws into question the entire framing of the evidence and testimony included in the report.

The degenerative nature of TDS will not allow this to sink in though to the usual crowd around these parts. If they had any bit of principle, they'd be re-examining what they thought they "knew" about this saga...

Capitalization? No. Premature punctuation, yes.

My hard drive and firmware are quite adequate, thank you very much.  No floppies for me.

She was talking with her best friend and said "I met this guy recently and he is quite adequate". Well I guess that isn't a ringing endorsement, or she's British.

When you've got it, you don't need to overstate it.

Maybe the feds should take a long, hard look at Cy Vance's connections to Weinstein, including the bribes "campaign contributions" he took from Harvey years ago, around the same time he decided not to prosecute a rape allegation. You know, since 'no one is above the law', and all...

The best people!! I predict one of these rats will squeal at some point and uncover the full Russian conspiracy

A key witness in former special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation of Russian election interference has been charged with transporting child pornography last year, according to court documents.

George Nader, who has a previous conviction on such charges, was charged in federal court in Virginia and is expected to make an initial court appearance in New York.

Nader played an unusual role as a kind of liaison between Trump supporters, Middle East leaders and Russians interested in making contact with the incoming administration in early 2017.

Officials said Nader, 60, was charged by criminal complaint over material he was traveling with when he arrived at Washington Dulles International Airport on Jan. 17, 2018, from Dubai. At the time, he was carrying a cellphone containing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, officials said. The charges were unsealed after his arrest Monday morning at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.

He helped arrange a meeting in the Seychelles in January 2017 between Erik Prince, a Trump supporter who founded the private security firm Blackwater, and a Russian official close to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The purpose of the meeting was of particular interest to Mueller’s investigators, and some questions about it remain unanswered, even after Mueller issued a 448-page report on his findings.
