It is all part of the purported "culture" change that we we keep on hearing about . . . oh, wait, never mind.

Lol everyone takes this process and culture stuff to seriously.

He was a one year rental with past success who had a shot to re establish his career and get paid by another team next year.

Hes not a “process” guy or a “culture” guy.

He was a cheap rental who maybe could of helped the team this year. That’s all

It is a good thing that we got rid of Darby and brought this guy in.  Well done McBeane.

Orton said “hey be right back” and then left the building without telling anyone and never came back. Whatever he did, it was noteworthy.

Orton didn’t have to say anything. His play on the field said it all when he slid a yard short of a first down and came up with sand in his panties. I hope Uncle Rico enjoys his retirement while he rots in hell.

yeah but do you think it's part of the culture change?

When I stop hearing about McBeane's "process" (stolen from Nick Saban and later the 76ers) and the purported "culture change," I will stop mentioning that it is BS.

Retired?  In the middle of a game?

I've gotta say...I came into the season with the expectation that this team would be laughable.  Literally, so bad they'd be comedic.  So I'm not exactly disappointed.   But this?  This is more hilarious than I ever could have anticipated.

Happened more than that. Boldin, Davis, Robinson, Richie.

Thats 4

Boldin quit in preseason, and had a reason, big difference.

Richie retired, then asked to be cut and we all know he is not well … another big difference.

Vontae Davis quit on his team at halftime with no injury.  What a bum.

Who the heck Robinson?

It is historic . . . just like the historically embarrassing losses.

Buckle up guys.  It is going to be a long and tough year.

The LBer that retired in Camp.

And also while I dont agree with what Vontae did and likely will not play another down in the league. I can understand it. Did he try to come back one more year to play on a team that at the time he walked was being outscored 75-9

Did you actually buy his save the world reason?

Did you still buy it later in the season when there were rumors he wanted to sign with another team but the Bills would not release him?
