The deal won't be finalized until its known that one of the primary qb prospects is still on the board when the Colts are on the clock. The qb that the Network mentioned that the Bills are targeting at that spot is Mayfield. The obvious benefit would be that the Bills would still have draft assets to acquire players such as Warner.
