True, which is why it's disinformation.

Finland isn't in NATO - True.

Trump said he enjoyed spending time with him at the NATO summit - also True.

(Information left out)

He was at the NATO summit and had dinner with Trump.

Just leaving out one piece of information can make a completely "true" statement utter disinformation.

That's how the game works. Especially with the "Russia" narrative. Look how many times the truth is parsed or information is left out to make a mundane discovery appear as if it might be a smoking gun (either way).

That's the brilliance of it.  It's literally true...

From everything I've ever seen, if anyone takes Fox seriously, it's Democrats.

they watch it non-stop to get all needlessly angry over what they thought they heard.

and do not apply the same standard to news networks they accept as 100% accurate.

CNN Anchors Speechless After Guest Goes On Long, Coherent Thought https://trib.al/Vrj5sdF

.

The Onion wins again.

From The Onion:

CNN Anchors Brooke Baldwin and Dana Bash reportedly sat speechless Thursday after their guest Dr. Gina Jimenez went on a long, coherent thought, unleashing a tirade of articulate points completely relevant to the topic at hand.

“Dr. Jimenez, if I could just quickly interrupt you for a moment—could you please go back and rephrase that last remark as a bit more of a muddled, unhinged rant?” said Bash, breaking the moment of stunned silence that resulted after the Stanford constitutional law professor laid out a clear thesis backed up by logically consistent supporting arguments, all while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor throughout.

The Onion is owned by Univision now, under the Gizmodo umbrella, which was formerly Gawker - and is, if anything, farther left than it was as the Gawker Media Group.

For The Onion to mock CNN like this tells you how bad CNN has become.

Univision is trying to unload these assets, so that could explain the more evenly spread out target list.

Absolutely amazing. FOX, by far the biggest propaganda based lying machine in existence, and nary a word. ....sic

Fox, CNN and the others do report news accurately among some of their content.  More and more though, news outlets are offering opinion over news or news delivered with opinion. All pick and choose which stories they want to report to their viewership so are they slanted, hell yeah.

It's very easy if uninformed on a topic to buy in or reject what you're watching or reading depending on your own personal point of view.  So if you are a left leaning person and CNN reports that Mueller indicts 12 Russians for stealing data from DNC and related party servers, and they interview "experts" who make commentary and speculation which potentially ties Trump and his campaign to this, it meets with your approval because it supports your hopes and views.  You get a rush inside because oh boy they've got Trump right where they want him now and you plan to tune in later for more.

Unfortunately such reporting fails to mention that Rosenstein stated in his announcement of charges that no Americans are involved.  At some point CNN may have reported that but the bulk of the reporting and commentary fails to consider that.  It is in fact slanted propoganda.
