Thanksgiving Meal: Whatcha Cooking?

I'm running a 10k and eating food made by my parents.

Most likely oven turkey as well as a smoked one, WAY too many side options, and tense moments if everything isn't "perfect."

I'm getting a ride there and back so I can have as much wine as I want. Remember kids, Pinot Noir is perfect for Thanksgiving. I'll probably bring a magnum of Sea Smoke.

I cook to temperature, not time.

Pretty hot.

I've done them at 325 and 350 in my Primo.

I cook to temp as well, but just wondering what the planned time was.

Now that I know the temp,  I can pretty much guess.

Traditional at my house as always, but it's still great.

Turkey

Mashed Potatoes

Stuffing

Cranberry Sauce

Green Beans & Bacon

Home made Parker House Rolls (Yum Yum)

Apple Pie

Pumpkin Pie

Vanilla Ice Cream

This plus mac and cheese w/ bacon, turnip, and some sweet cornbread recipe my cousin makes that's really good.

Two good football games on this year.
