He was pretty good in his first year in Chi. In the second year he was beset by injuries if I recall correctly (both Marshall and Jefferies), Cutler too. Then Fox got fired. If he started as OC last year it would probably be a harder pill to swallow. i have no idea how he is viewing it but i could see this as possible Totally agree. He technically got promoted 2x in the same season. He cant really hold any ill will vs anyone if he doesnt get a HC job. So long as there is a Rooney rule some teams will interview a person of color simply because they have too. All La Canfora's stuff about how the HC search was a sham and Lynn was a lock. Don't think it follows just filling the Rooney Rule.
